Wonderful to see new people discover low carb
It is so wonderful to see GPs truly embracing low carb lifestyle for themselves and then putting that knowledge into their work practice. The work must be so satisfying now that they can see the real benefits to patients. So many more lives will be saved.
Great presentation on actual GP in clinic experience - and the willingness of Dr. Dharmapriya to go so far as to create a course for her patients is admirable. Glad she's here doing great things in Australia.
I wish her success and good health.
She was great. Love knowing the message is getting out.
No doubt Low carb diet along with intermittent fasting improve metabolic disease. Thank you for sharing
What a wonderful doctor. She is open to new information, realizes that the official guidelines are out of date/distorted by Big Pharma/Big Ag etc, and is even willing to try out the ideas herself, as well as educate her patients. As an RN, I'm have been shocked at how unwilling doctors are to educate their patients, even with a simple handout or a flyer. (It's almost as if they want to keep their "secrets" to themselves. Ha!) Well done, Doctor Darmapriya!
Great info!
I’m seeing LC really starting to catch fire here in the States especially in scientific studies with brain and cardiovascular health. Thanks that was a great presentation.
Great presentation Doctor. Thanks for reaching out to us. I will follow your program closely
We need more of you around this district. Keep it up. You look wonderful.
There's another good SL doctor on the Northside, thankfully I haven't needed him for several years, since the IBS and metabolic issues have settled.. Not just from eliminating lactose and fodmapping, but greatly reducing fruit & veg & carbs, intermittent fasting & recently doing carni 💪
nice to see GPs finally waking up to this 🎉
Robert Lustig is brilliant. Good of you to mention him. Also Zoe Harcobe.
great talk
You look amazing. It's so easy to keep up the good work. 😂I hope your deserters retern.
Very good. Have you had any pushback from nutritionists or dieticians, or from your more conventional colleagues?
Hey Low Carb down Under, there seems to excist a new study from Harvard which says Low Carb shortens life expextancy. Could you look into it and explain it? In Germany every Newspaper seems to be happy now to talk about that study.
Do you get a lot of stretch marks and extra skin with the low carb?
Need USA LOW CHO MD
❤
What are you defining as "low carb" in this clinical experience that you presented?
My Doctor is Sri Lankan and you may know her at the Burpengary Doctors. Dr. Amanthi. A loverly Woman but I think you could teach her something about low carbs. Toni.
I feel sorry for people who can't give up sugar, It's much easier than giving up smoking or drugs. Sugar is really so deadly and people don't know it.
There must be something wrong with me. Carnivore 122 days only lost 18 pounds and have so far to go. Struggle to rid 3-4 pounds a month. Ack.

I wish they would stop saying weight concerns. It's not the weight, it's the fat. Just say fat concerns. The fat should be the health concern not the esthetics. The esthetics is a side effect that taken to the extreme is just as harmful.
Wow! Look at you Nelum, your so beautiful & healthy! Mmm, mmm! Your golden skin! Low carbs obviously agrees with you, well done!
