    What exact time I should go in sun for vit d if sunrise time in my country is 5.50 am if seen in internet....I usually go for walk at 7.30am..for sunrays to fall for vit d deficiency..skin tan is happening...due to I stay in arab country especially during summer..to. Get more benefit pls tell me
