My brain is exploding with gratitude. The truth of this resonates with a knowing, that I've just been given the greatest gift of 1,000 lifetimes. Saying thank you, seems so insignificant, compared to what you have given, but thank you I will say to you everyday. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 💐 ❤ 🙏

If "nature" is so wise that it realises that we still need certain aspects that help us to survive, how come this very nature causes so many natural disasters that result in demise? I just think people use words that descredit the fact that there is an Intelligent Being that is responsible for all the amazing things this world has to offer but it's less offensive when we use words like "nature" and the "universe" Great video though!

God is in the limbic area of the brain. One can become aware of this and gets connected to Him/Her only through Self Realization in Sahaja Yoga. This is the unique discovery of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is a very simple method available for everybody. It is free of charge and requires only the pure desire of the seeker of truth to achieve it. Try to get it, as it works in all countries in Europe and America, as well as in India.

I couldn’t tell you how many times i’ve felt this was pointless and it just wasn’t going to work for me. all that does is reset the whole entire process and make all your effort go out the window. life isn’t easy and obstacles will always be thrown in your way. but i hope you can take this message as a sign that you shouldn’t quit. i still work for it everyday, fall back down, and feel absolutely helpless. but i hold faith, i repeat to myself to let the world take care of it. sure, it may not do anything for me right away and i may still feel bad, but that’s the whole thing. if you can stop feeling bad for yourself, stop letting emotions get in the way. just live your day to day life. go outside and look at mountains or trees. listen to the wind or rain. i’ve gotten to feel the present moment and have been blown away by the feeling of just, joy and acceptance and gratitude. but it’s hard to find the place and stay in that place. so everyday i still work towards this and i still get in my own way. but it’s a work in progress. instead of letting my past, my regrets, my guilt, past relationships, questions i’ll never have the answers to, control my life, i’ve been faithfully telling myself these things are out of my control, the world can take care of this for me. everything happens for a reason, all you can do is sit back and let the world do what it does for you, but don’t let yourself be discouraged or disconnected when obstacles are thrown in the way. these obstacles are only tests of how far you’ve come. instead of letting things annoy you or get to you, just let it go. life is life, everyone lives one, everyone has struggles, some people strive and create things others are envious of and that’s what you can’t do. everything you have right now is there for a specific reason whether it’s inanimate objects or feelings or people. good and bad. it’s all about the learning experience and ability to grow through these hardships. i can only say i’ve genuinely thought i’ve manifested something a couple of times. but those were things that were positive and so when they sat in my brain and i just consistently put myself in that actual position. it came to me, and i didn’t really realize it until i found joe dispenza. i know this a lot from a stranger and you most likely haven’t read all of it. but i promise you it really is worth trying everyday, even when it doesn’t feel like there’s a point. there always is. let things go, don’t try to control any situation, and when faced with negativity, sit back and tell yourself it’s all apart of the process. those negative situations are tests to your true self. don’t let anything or anyone control your emotions. just hold hope even when it’s hard. i promise it’s all worth it, maybe you feel nothing has changed but you shouldn’t allow yourself to think that way. maybe nothing has changed because you’re still not letting it? i will never know to what lengths your struggles have been, but i can tell you i’ve been through a lot that gets me down. i’m still improving everyday, i still have step backs, but i’m still trying because i truly feel it makes me feel better. maybe nothing physically has been handed to me, but i feel in a better state of mind. a better person, i’m better at coping and not getting triggered by everyone else’s lives. if you can maybe just take the chance to step back and let go and just go with the flow of things, way easier said than done, but maybe you’ll feel at least a tiny bit content. never give up, much love

Resentment can be a heavy burden, one that often leads to a cycle of negative emotions and stress. Dr. Joe Dispenza emphasizes the power of letting go of such feelings to make room for self-healing and wholeness. He suggests that by releasing resentment, we open ourselves to a state of coherence where our mind and body can align, allowing the innate intelligence of our body to facilitate healing According to Dr. Dispenza, when we hold onto resentment, it's like drinking poison and expecting someone else to die. It's self-destructive. Instead, he advocates for a transformative journey through meditation and mindfulness, which can help us shift from a state of survival to one of creation². By doing so, we can move beyond our past limitations and experiences, tapping into the quantum field of possibilities for healing both emotionally and physically. In essence, Dr. Dispenza's approach to self-healing is about changing our inner environment - our thoughts and emotions - so that we can change our outer experience. It's about creating a new personality and a new personal reality that is free from the chains of resentment and filled with the light of wholeness and health.
