    Nicely explained sir bt.I do feel as a professional HR is a vry.Broad field nd need of the time in present scenario and for future for any sector.T&D play's a important role for skill development of the employees.There r many Training Methodology.Good trainers r the backbone of any organization for implementing Strategies, Policies, analysis, employees well fare etc.im clear cut way nd update is a must for OD including technology nd comparative study.A Good bonding chain is very essential in my view in brief in HR.Vry.useful nd innovative Lecture sir.Thanx👍

    If you go to the three dots on the right under the video and click "open transcript", it opens on the right. Scroll down to the very bottom where Dave says "we have a website" He says www.rbl.net but the next line in the transcript is a different website www.wefeedtheplanet.com

    HR can not stick to traditional notion or classical strategy as all the companies get in wave of 4th revolution. First and foremost organization should be flexible under all participants involvement and set the common and achievable purpose of organization to get motivated with all the stake holders.

    Why does he close his eyes so much?! I find it very hard to focus on this material as I keep watching how little eye contact is made. Except when he's looking at that poor wasted paper, then the eyes stay open.

    So this is a perversion of HR’s original intent of focusing on employee relations by putting it under the same header and then declaring it looks to investors and shareholders. Sounds pretty corrupt to me! And antithetical to the purpose of HR.

    Arey bhai pata hai issue ye hai ki even most of the HR's specially in India are not the HR by choice. There is a lack of good HR professionals... They're including the activities just for the sake of it.

    what the presenter forgets, conveniently, is that organisations management is a pyramid with a top down structure and therefore HR does NOT drive the culture or leadership of the organsiation. That is the exclusive province of the Board and CEO. HR function is to implement the culture etc that is predetermined/dictated by the Board and CEO. At best HR can 'recommend' and 'suggest' strategy and all the other wonderful concepts referred to by the presenter.

    Yes but who can teach employees the culture of the company? The ceo? No, the HR manager! This video is old, Now this is a common practice and it's called employees branding, fidelisation of workers to their company and create teams oriented towards company's values. The HR manager is not the ceo, you discovered anything my friend, and I wonder where is the problem with this

    Respected sir it was been honoured to see your video but unfortunately i did have to stop after few minutes the reason is the way you tore that page. Your prediction can be true for hr future but i wont think it will be wasting the resources at all the way you just did.     This video is horrible. He uses a pyramid to “breakdown” his thoughts, but it isn’t thought out and not easy to follow. Its obvious that he is choosing the wrong way to break down his thoughts. It’s disorganized and chaotic. HORRIBLE!
