Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Tara Swart on How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Tara Swart on How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind
95% percent of your life is coming from a subconscious program. Your life is a printout of your subconscious, and the things you wish, desire, and work hard for may not always be supported by the ingrained program you have.
But what would your life be like if you learned that you are more powerful than you have EVER been taught?
In this extraordinary episode, I share the screen with doctors Bruce Lipton and Tara Swart to discuss how the study of science and spirituality can help us harness our minds and take back our power.
Tune in to this powerful episode Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Tara Swart on How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind ▶️
Essential points covered in this episode:
✔️Human behavior is undermining the web of life, leading to our extinction. Stem cell biologist and epigenetics expert Dr. Bruce Lipton reminds us that it's time for us humans to change our behavior collectively. Thinking that we are in control of the environment and can dominate nature will destroy us until we change our minds and ways.
✔️ We've been programmed to have fear from the very beginning. Coming from a place of fear in response to life's stressful circumstances compels us to make decisions based on subconscious programs, beliefs, and patterns that do not follow what we truly want to achieve.
✔️ Mental health crisis versus Spiritual Revolution. If only people understand that they hold MORE POWER than they think to tip the balance away from the mental health crisis to stir a spiritual revolution that will help change and save the world.
✔️ People make better decisions if they're flourishing in love and trust. Do you know that an adult silverback male's stress levels affect the other gorillas' stress levels more than gorillas of equal standing? Neuroscientist Dr. Tara Swart shares that considering our commonalities with gorillas, it is worth looking at how this also rings true as we hold leadership as humans. Suppose you're a leader flourishing in trust. In that case, your amygdala, which is the seat of basic human emotions, is causing the release of oxytocin rather than cortisol, that's likely to have a ripple effect on everyone else.
Dr. Bruce H. Lipton is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. A stem cell biologist, the bestselling author of ''The Biology of Belief'' and recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, has been a guest speaker on hundreds of TV and radio shows and keynote presenter for national and international conferences. Dr. Tara Swart is a neuroscientist, medical doctor, executive advisor, Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan, and author of the best-seller ''The Source,'' which has translations in 36 global territories.
Tara is passionate about disseminating simple, pragmatic neuroscience-based messages that change the way people live and work. She advises a small number of individuals via personal recommendation only and speaks at major conferences globally. Visit www.taraswart.com/

Okay, this was a LOT of territory. I’m obviously going to listen a couple more times. What I’m trying to understand now is, how do I actually…make…the soup. Holy cow, I have this incredible list of ingredients Abe but I don’t know what temperature to select, how much of each ingredient I need, how long to let it cook?! In other words, what I think I’m hearing is that 95% of the time I’m living in the awful programming of early childhood thinking and believing my environment is at fault for everything that isn’t working. So, what are my directions for the way out? Then I believe I’m hearing that love, trust, joy, and excitement significantly help to bring about holistically better living but how are those conjured when 95% of what I’m thinking and believe are coming from 95%, or more, of my negative early childhood programming? I too have had a rebirthing experience…a guided out of body one…and saw just what Bruce indicated the cancer patient did, and it helped…quite a lot honestly. It showed me the ephemeral nature of physical life experience. Unfortunately, over time, that has waned and challenging life experiences, I’ve apparently reconjured all on my own, have moved me away from the comfort and peace that experience brought. Apparently, I’ve slipped back into what that 95% is telling me is actually real - the crux being - I…know…it’s not. That’s infuriating because I’ve taken steps to become self-aware not just through spiritual exploration but through years of concentrated therapy. Reason, fairness, tell me it should have stuck better! As I listen the next time, and write down all these concepts, I’d imagine more layers will be added yet I’m not sure I’ll understand how to put the Union of what your two guests have taught us together in a successful soup…and I really, reeeeaaaly, reeeeealllly, want that soup. Thus, my question; what do I do about what we’ve heard here because I’m convinced that between what these two people just shared there is a very constructive roadmap for pulling out of the rut I have slowly, but most certainly, slipped back into. This was your wonderful podcast and though I’ve listened to Bruce before I haven’t to Tara. Though I will, the fact that you brought them together for this podcast is clearly important but it’s both the obvious and nuance of your doing that, the ‘directions’, that are escaping me. I genuinely feel the help is here in this highly distilled message, which is amazing, and a true gift, if you could just help me figure out how to wrap it…in a nice to-go soup container for all the people who know me with the biggest one being retained for many meals to come.

Dr Swart seems to be operating from the same conditioning that bought into the belief that therapy is what works. To disempower in your coaching in order to empower people isn’t the best message to convey. Dr. Lipton’s explanation is quite insightful and makes sense.

There's an intelligence in the quantum field. Stephen Hawking called it the mind of God for a reason. The evolutionary changes that creatures have gone through emphasizes that intelligence. Those changes enable their survival. We as conscious beings have control over what changes happen to us due to our own intelligence. That's my take on it anyway. I also agree with mr.perk above. Animals remain in the present moment everyday. Life is just survival to them. Not contemplating existence.

Words lead to feelings. Feelings create vibrations. Make sure you always create positivity. When you vibrate with positivity, you attract positive things. Start by being aware of synchronicities around you. The subconscious hears everything: good and bad, -ve, +ve. It doesn't discern. So, make sure it hears only positive. I know we are humans and often emotions run rampant. It's hard, because we get mad, sad, etc. Word replacement is a great exercise. Word replacement =thought replacement.

Because of compassion to ALL livings, as Dr. Swart mentioned, I chose to be a vegan 16 years ago. I chose not to eat any animals, including fish, because fish also feel pain. One cannot be compassionate to selective animals and continue consuming other animals animals stating they are “good for the brain” because of Omega 3 that is obtained from algae and similar to B12 that is obtained from bacteria in the dirt. If you can never eat any animals and still be healthy, good for you. You are an outlier, meaning rare exception to the rule. I can't convert carotene into real vitamin A, and the only source of real vitamin A is animal foods. So if I want to live and be healthy, I have to eat animal foods. Just because you only eat plants doesn't mean no animals die for production of your foods, unless you personally grow everything you eat and don't accidentally kill worms, bugs that would eat your plants or are just in the soil.

i cannot believe we can all speak of giving pregnant animals electric shocks and speak of spirituality and sensitivity at the same time? isn't this a perfect example of how conditioning humans to be insensitive allows us to be indifferent to horror?... if we 'decide' animals have no moral worth that doesn't solve the problem because we cannot pretend that if humans are desensitized to do horrifying things to other species we are not also desensitized to do horrifying things to other humans, especially to those we 'decide' have less value? such as immigrants, criminals, poor people, disabled people, we have many examples in history of horrifying experiments being done to these less valued humans and accepted at the time. it surprises me that tara, bruce and abraham didnt express some horror on their faces when she talked of giving electric shocks to pregnant mice? if your answer is they are doctors, its science, its necessary, then this is exactly the desensitizing conditioning they are talking about. how can we as intelligent people talk about sensitivity and spirituality and ignore the brutality and cruelty to the animals in such an experiment and many others? i feel physically sick even hearing about it. am i 'over sensitive' or am i simply sensitive?

Dr. Lipton makes a lot of sense about most things. But he's wrong about there being no God/Heaven/Hell. How does he think the cells, the genes, the "broadcast", the "realm"- came from? You cannot have creation without a Creator. He even states "we are creators". Interesting, right? You cannot create something from nothing. Our bodies, our universe, everything we are surrounded by is proof of our Creator.
