@@gabbirae7274 Oh yeah, hunting Ferrets can slice your finger to the bone in .8 micro seconds, and that's just with their little front teeth flanked by their Canine Fangs.. They also have a Lock Jaw, that's why you see vids of people who have been bitten waving their hand around with a Ferret hanging on as Dead Weight...

Can we take a moment and appreciate how amazing those tunnels are .o.

Like a moment of silence and reflection. Oh wow! Those tunnels are absolutely amazing. This is the first time animals made drug tunnels. Where they dug through bed rock or go under a river. Forget Art, tall skyscrapers, the James Web telescope. We have rabbit holes.

to anyone who's thinking about stupidly thumbing down this video I think you should know that ferrets are carnivores hunting is a natural thing that they are designs for if you just purchased a ferret for the first time congratulations you have one of the funniest predators in the face of the Earth and also one of the most formidable small predators as they can go up against prey bigger than themselves and survived I've seen a mink survived an attack by a fox and may have died of its injuries but the fox ran away the ferrets natural prey is the prairie dog the reason the West has such a prairie dog problem it's because they got rid of the ferret and they are just starting to reintroduce and train them

Ive had my ferret for about 3 years now and we sometimes have a rat problem, I wanna let her do her thing but I’m scared she’d get killed 😢

My grandfather hunted with ferrets using the same methods in Canada over 90 years ago. It's really cool to still see people hunting this way. This is the best possible enrichment you can give to your ferret.

5 stars. That was awesome. Love the part where the one rabbit stops thinking he is safe and you see the ferrets eyes glowing behind it like Nope.

my ferret is much too small and weak to hunt food herself (plus, she's ditzy and nonviolent) i don't hunt for my own moral reasons but it's very interesting to see how trained this ferret is and it motivates me to try to train her more strictly.

Top video, I ferret through the winter every year with my dad and his friend, interesting to see footage down in the warren at how many encounters the rabbit has before it bolts...

Was really awesome to see what goes on underground during ferreting. I have house ferrets but am well aware of their ancestry and capabilities. Really interesting video to watch, and great filming, I really enjoyed this!

Meeposaurus I have a house ferret as well her name is Suli which means Rascal in Estonian I do purchase Mice from the pet store just for something that she can practice some hunting skills with because she is a predator and I'm not going to deny her that she probably wouldn't care much either way she just wants to play as she's rather young all she really wants to do is play play play

this vid has really inspired me to film some ferreting again, the amount of real battles that are missed beneath must be mindblowing! i gave up trying to film when my go pro studio stopped working which was a right pain! however i do have some ideas for subterranean filming and access to the kit to do it with, i just dont have the patience, skill or time for the editing side! many more of these uploads please!
