Hikon Double stage recycling Extruder Factory trail on 23-8-2014
Machine Specifications :-
1. Main Extruder :- 125 mm Non vented with 30 hp motor.
2. Secondary Extruder 120 mm with 15 hp motor.
3. Output :- 200-300 kg/hr
4. Raw Material :- pp,ldpe,hdpe,abs,hips,gpps,pc,hm,nylon etc.
5. With Hydraulic Screen changers on both the extruders.
6. With melt pressure transducers.
7. Electric Panel all VFD/ AC drives
8. VFD/ AC Drives on both extruders and pelletizer.
9. Auto heat control and cooling control.
Application :-
Plastic film and article waste recycling into granules.
Salient Features :-
1. Accurate Hikon own manufactured screw and barrel for moisture removal.
2. With High output with the lowest electrical consumption.
3. Output range from 100 kg/hr to 1000 kg/hr.
4. For PP/PE/PS/ABS/PC/NYLON/DERLYN etc.
5. Double filteration with hydraulic screen changer
6. With optional PLC control for extreme performance.
7. With VFD control for alteration of motor speed.
8. With Cold Screw protection.
9. With Hopper force feeder.
10. Magnetic detecter with conveyer.
11. Water cooled and air cooled die face cutter optional
12. With Air Knife.

What is the purpose of double stage vented.. we can run it directly by feeding the chips.
Hi There, can we extrude pet thermoformed sheet back into granuales.

You can use the crusher to crush the sheet into flakes first ,than produce into granules.
