Made me giggle too when he said he'd double ruined it! The coin has been tossed around in ploughed land for hundreds of years after circulation - I'm not sure what planet someone is on to think a gentle toss onto an oak desk would spoil it. Keep up the good work Alexander.

A couple of other folks have already commented but thanks for the laugh at 14:17. Some folks get bent out of shape about rubbing, dropping, cleaning coins. I understand some are passionate about that but you know what? It's YOUR coin and can do whatever you want with it.

Hi Alexander. I thoroughly endorse your defiantly independent flipping of the gold noble onto the table. Very interesting to find two Roman coins with roughly 250 years between them in the same field, even if there was a few hundred metres between their resting places. I still think you will need Tasci with you if you are to find an aureus.

Hi Alex, what incredibly beautiful finds again and great video! Today is my last day of metal detecting in England. Searched in Badsey two days ago and today I want to search in and around Snowshill. So far I've found a few recent coins, musket balls, buttons, etc., but nothing special yet. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy this wonderful country! I also have the Xp Deus 2 I love it. Haven’t had it that long really. But I’m in US not many places to find old history unless you have a way to search old maps. Or just go for permissions .

Love the effects, but they are a little loud with headphones on. Btw, how long have you done this and how many times have you found gold? Also, do you keep the treasures you dig up, sell them or do you have to give them up to the state/land owner? How do you go about asking in the fields. I live in Denmark so I might find some old stuff if I go digging, but probably not many Roman coins as the Germans halted the Empire before it could reach us.

Ted I only use the speaker so my viewers can hear it I would throw it away if I didn't need it for that ....it is pretty useless... you really need to rely so heavily on your ears with the deus lite, I wouldnt consider not using the headphones.. sorry not to be more herl[ful but there it is!

Brilliant video as always!. Lets talk about the wind!...i am really sure that the uk over the last 10years or so has become ridiculously windy.
