Double Identity Side Sweeping Fringe and Chunky Textured Fringe | 2 Ways To Cut Bangs

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Side-sweeping fringes have been seen on the likes of romantic rebels, Taylor Swift, Britney Spears and Cameron Diaz, just to name a few. And if you look at images of any one of them you will notice their fringe is not always worn to the same side.
In this video we are going to touch on two fringe techniques; double identity, side-sweeping fringe and chunky, vandalized fringe - both techniques that need to be up your sleeve as well as images of the styles in your look book/portfolio.

I just did the technique for the side swept fringe on a fellow student during student services and they came out beautiful! I love how there is no need to refine and they flip perfectly in either direction! Thanks Sam & Andrew for this video! Can't wait to bring this to my guests!

Thank you so much for the chunky textured bangs tutorial. I have really thick curly hair and really thick bangs that always have some wave in them (they will not respond to heat). This style allows me to trim my bangs when needed and have them look great without looking blunt across or totally uneven due to the wave in them. I have no more worries about wind or humidity because these bangs look awesome all the time. Thanks again :)

Brilliant technique Andrew. It really work well if we do point cutting from opposite direction and then do thinning of density for free movement, instead of using this texture shear as it giving a broad pointed edges

I love the texture of that second fringe, this might be the method I need to get my extremely thick hair to a level I can work with for side bangs. It tends to grow flat on my face so i either have to have heavy block fringe ala Bettie Page or it just ends up split into unflattering curtains

Ah LOVE this! something they never showed us in college was how to cut and style bangs, there are so many different looks and as you always say has a huge impact as its in the front. Question do you always take a triangle section ? i was using the framing the face layer to cut a side swept fringe but seeing this is great so much better. i wish i worked for your company i learn so much through you tutorials thanks again
