One of the best, highly underrated fighting games!
Koga Shuko and Duke can be only unlocked on consoles unfortunately.
METHOD:
Hold the selection cursor on Billy, Marian, Cheng-Fu and Jimmy for 3 seconds on all of them.

Actually for a playthrough on Easy - this is quite a tough game !
