How do you initiate the white list please and access blacklist

How do we use the Internet on this phone? Id like to know so i can switch it off as i wanted internet frre phone, but it would be good to be able to use it when i need but i can't even find it.

I use this phone instead of a smart phone, smart phones are just too addictive, I prefer this over the Nokia, it better made.

It actually does work but the battery doesn't show charging for quote a few hours, God knows why they dont explain this in the instructions.
