Your message inbox maybe full. You may need to delete any received messages to free up space to receive new messages.

I have a question to ask, does anyone know if we are able to put the contacts alphabetically. My grandmother is wanting to know if this is something you can do but I can't see anything on the manual or anything. Many thanks, great video BTW

All or most of the phones automatically put the contacts in alphabetical order so this phone should. I havent really looked into this but every phone i had be it basic nokia or smartphones they all do the same.

@@IreIre Cause I checked it and it doesn't come up alphabetical, is there because there is a small number of contacts in the phone book before it will proceed to put it into alphabetical order. Many thanks.

Good phone..

I like the idea of these phones, but this vid does not explain that most of these phones are not 4G/5G compatible. They are only compatible with 2G/3G as i understand it, so as 2G is on it's way out and 3G only has a limited lifespan, are they worth in investing in ?

It says on the box that this phone is 2-3 and even 4g the only problem is its a bit expensive at around £80

it still looks very complicated to me after my old Tesco Sendo mobile.

my friend has this phone and is having a lot of trouble receiving text messages, the phone will only store a few messages at a time then he has to delete them, now he can't receive text at all, the phone is 4 months old, can you help ??, thanks man,

He should return it and say that it is faulty he should get a replacement or a refund as most things have a 1 years guarentee .

So the phone has no option to see your own mobile phone number -so its useless for some .
