Alvin, You never cease to amaze me, my friend,...makes what I'm doing with Pearline look like sandbox stuff. Then again, cutting and splicing a wire or two can be a pretty rough chore. 😋 Regards, John

Hey John, You've been doing some of the toughest repairs on these cars...I haven't had to deal with most of them yet, my day will come! Lol

Thank you Nick! This side will be a little more challenging, I'm not removing the quarter panel, I guess we will see if that works out. Lol

Hello Alvin: Crazy winter here in upper central NY. No snow to speak of, plenty of rain with spring like weather. About to get cold for a few more weeks. My garage heater, (Mr. Heater) started to make a screeching noise. Investigation reveals a bad bearing in the blower unit. Looks like the same deal as your heater you repaired a few videos ago. Skate board wheel bearing time? I will tackle that soon. Nice work on your Tbird. Ours is covered in our shop taking a long winter slumber. It will be a few more months before we wake her up. We enjoy all of your videos.....Walt

The east is getting their fair share of the white stuff, my family in Nova Scotia are still digging out. Hopefully you will only need a couple of bearing for your heater, makes for an inexpensive fix. but it looks like you have parts readily available where you live, incase you need something more, that's not the case here. Won't be long now Walt, and you will be back be hind the wheel of your T-Bird! 😊

Hey Alvin. Another good video. That is such a busy area with several panels coming together. You're making it look easy and it's looking good. Are you going to have to remove the wheelhouse from the parts car for that side.too?

I think a little over engineered, but that's what makes them rigid. I already have the wheelhouse out, I saved it when I cut p the parts car.

Hiya Alvin That’s fine cave man technique and all, but didn’t you have some dies for the bead roller that can do that with less effort? Don’t get me wrong here, I like going Neanderthal on my sheet metal as well, I just figured with that many dips and dives and whoop-d-doos, you would save some elbow popping lol Keep ‘em coming

I do have the bead roller dies...but getting to the bead roller with that Pontiac in the way was not worth the effort. The Pontiac is out the door now, so I can get back to using my stuff...winter is tough, it seems like something is broken all the time, now I'm just waiting for the call that something else died. Lol

Wow do I know that feeling, waiting for the next shoe to drop and interfere with your “in the zone”.
