Who is the buyer who is gonna give all the amount of the value to the previous buyer ( now seller) of off plan property? Why someone should buy a flipped flat instead of buying one buy himself from the developer?

Hi Lucy, I deal with real estate flipping in Italy, but I would like to look at the Dubai market. Let me start by saying that I have already been to Dubai last year, but all the Italian real estate agents I went to meet tell me that it is impossible to do flipping like I do in Italy. Italy, that is, buying an apartment in poor condition, renovating it and reselling it in a short time, they tell me that these operations don't exist because the market is all about new apartments. However, I have noticed that some small apartments such as studios or two-room apartments are ugly inside and perhaps you can buy them, renovate them in a more beautiful way and resell them, what do you think?

there is Launch Day and there is RESALE so two opportunities to buy offplan yes! Launch is fAST so for many they usually buy on the resale also still offplan.
what about offplan + mild price growth sales(+10-15%) in 5 years? unrealistic?

well theres not much of townhouses or villas since they aren’t affordable to most lol. so theres less demand

that depends on the budget- also there are many on payment plans so you don't have to pay for it all at once!
