Ellington is a fantastic developer. In terms of product and management. Only concern is that in most of their projects their escrow accounts are not ready hence no SPAs for more than 6 months. Which is a personal red flag. I don't mess with legalities.

Pretty informative. Can you please throw some light investing in Dubai creek Harbor especially when the property is distressed ( hard to believe but I have one on hand) also the genuine escrow companies in Dubai for overseas investors. I truly appreciate your time for this query.
