T.O. is speaking the truth on how we, as Eagles fans embraced him when he arrived in the city. Prior to T.O.'s arrival, the team had average to below average receivers and he was seen as the missing piece to put us over the top( 3 NFC championship game losses). Eagles fans were all-in on T.O. from the moment the trade from San Fran was announced.

@@nybxcrotona the eagles fans booed McNabb when he was drafted. So they never really liked McNabb. With that said, it's way too many kids on here thinking McNabb was jealous of TO. When Vick came to the eagles, it was McNabb that wanted him. When Vick took over the starting the job did McNabb care? No. McNabb vouched for TO to get on the team. What TO don't tell anyone is that he handled his contract situation poorly and blamed McNabb for it. That's always been TO problem. He blames everyone for his own problems and he's the only guy that airs the locker room dirty laundry.

Well in his defense McNabb that is, the NFC QBs was garbage during this time. Favre was probably the 1st great NFC QB during this era but other than Brees which came later to the conference it was McNabb so he benefited from a crappy QB conference the man didn't have a reciever for like 4 or 5 years in Philly.

The one time he gets a quality WR they go to the super bowl. Trust as a eagles fan Donovan get hated way to much and not enough credit at all.

Being a Southern man from Alabama I'm around their age and I can really relate to guys like Shannon Shannon and T.O. Not bragging But we are a different breed man. I totally get everything they say, and they know I get everything they say because we are all alike in that sense Based on our upbringing. Hats off to both of those dudes man for representing guys like us ( Who are usually stereotyped) In a positive and respective way

My man TO goated!!! When the drama was unfolding I knew Mcnabb was behind this.. the league always made him the bad guy, but look at the league now… this man just had a great passion for the game and to win!!! I’m a cowboy fan and will always and still say the the 1 wr all time and is a first ballot hall of famer!!!

I love how in all these stories TO is the most calm and collected person in these disputes.... I’m not saying he’s right or wrong in any situation but I highly doubt he was as calm in all these situations where he’s upset.

I met him in Houston during the all-star game. He was actually so misunderstood

T.O. spent his youth in Northern Alabama/ Southern Tennessee. They are a different breed of human being in those areas. East Tennessee too. Warrior mentality

I’m a die hard eagles fan!!! I honestly feel that if t.o would’ve stayed and finished his career in philly he would’ve been the best eagles player ever hands down!!!!

And those titles that the Eagles could have won will most likely keep McNabb out of the hall of fame. When McNabb was running without T.O. he was really good but when they linked up they were elite. McNabbs ego and fear of speaking out have limited his chances and post career opportunities

@@sj4632 I disagree with that opinion. There are Qbs in the HOF with meager stats and no championships. As a non eagles fan I hate to admit it but McNabb was elite for a few years.

As a Philadelphian, I can vouch for TO. McNabb was jealous of the love the fans had for TO. No one in this city likes McNabb to this day. He’s a passive aggressive baby.

They *forgot to mention* the biggest part of the feud. The rumor that Donovan McNabb *threw up* in the Huddle during the Super Bowl, has always been *denied* by McNabb. But then TO said in another interview, that McNabb was *drinking* the night before the Super Bowl and was *hungover.* 🤔
