I have been to many Night of the Proms occasions in both Rotterdam and Antwerp, but due to very sad familiy affairs i missed out on the 2005 edition. Donna Summer has always been my idol; she was there, i wasn't. What a power woman!

Honestly, I never knew that I missed her until I listen back to all her song. She is really one of the kind. Queen of disco with a voice that tuned especially for Disco. Disco is the year where I dance like I'm at the center of the world to all her music. Undisputably the queen of its owe time yet stay very humble. Sadly underrated. I'm sure she deserve more than what meets the eye. A star in the sky that should and deserve to be appreciated. Hot stuff that never gone cold. Love by every men, women, boys and girls and of all ages. Donna you will be forever miss.

I agree with you, Donna had a wonderful voice, very warm and charismatic, she could sing any genre always with extreme skill ... we miss a lot because her unmistakable voice can never be imitated. listen and welcome to the Channel.

People are dumb. I'm a metal and punk fan and I have massive respect for her. She was so talented and beautiful. I was around when "I Feel Love" was released. and that song still holds up all these years later. If you truly appreciate music. You know talent when you see it and she was amazing. So sad she left us much too soon.
