How can anyone describe Donna Eden? An explosion of joy, good will , purity and hope is my poor best attempt to capture her immense spirit,. I have been doing her 5 minute daily routine and am astounded by its powerful effects on my body and mind - I urge everybody that hear of her work to try it . As always Tami did a marvelous interview with Donna .

I have been doing Donna Eden's Daily Energy Routine for 2 years and I always feel good after doing them. I found out how invaluable these energy exercises were when I was traveling just recently. I went to Switzerland from the East Coast and that flight was 7 hours. When I got to Zurich I had to make two lengthy train connections in a very short period of time and lastly a 40 minute bus ride that kept climbing and making these constant long uphill turns. When I finally reached my destination I was not feeling so good to say the least! On top of feeling extremely weary, due to the time change and altitude change and all, I became light headed and dizzy. I couldn't sleep because of the dizziness and was racking my brain what I could do to help myself. Then I remembered Donna Eden's Energy Exercises and did them. After I was done the dizziness and lightheadedness disappeared and I could sleep! I was so appreciative of knowing about these fabulous and important Exercises from Donna Eden! She is a wonderful healer and an amazing and lovely person too!

Donna Eden, a true wonderful blessing!

This has really helped me to see that I don't need to be afraid of all that I feel...the problem is resistance and often doubt...my sensitivity to energy is a gift that can help me to navigate through the world with much greater ease and to enjoy such rich experiences and fulfilling relationships...listening to Donna has made me feel much less alone, thank you.

☆ Sounds true! I first listened about Energy Medicine from Donna Eden during the 2013 -2013~Tapping Solution World Summit. Today 2015 I appreciate the daily Energy Medicine exercises more now than ever. It really works, I feel great and so thankful for this simple knowledge and wisdom to guide me into and thought the new year of 2016! I came across Donna years ago when I had headaches at the back of my head and neck. It was a great experience. Now years later and I am in a lot more pain and I found her again.

@@SoundstrueManyVoices if definitely helps me and, like Donna, I have Multiple Sclerosis (which I believe she was diagnosed w/when she was 16). I also have Fibromyalgia.

Donna Eden is brilliant…thank you for this interview…❤️🙏 I used her 4 points…including the one for healing the spleen…and an enlarged spleen from a cold disappeared the next day. Truly miraculous. I love what she says about the energy of others and the ‘spigot’…‘imagination’ is everything and, sadly, (especially in Western culture) has suspicions about. I LOVE her discussion about loving what other people are feeling. This is the hallmark if a deep hHealer and of one who is committed to the truth of Wholeness. 🙏🙏🙏❤️🌷

I find that eating a really clean raw/fruitarian diet makes all the difference in the way that I process energy in my body...I feel energetically so much less dense, so other people's energies don't get stuck, somehow, in the way they used to...I can feel the energies more clearly, or cleanly, and feel them moving through

I just found this to aid in my healing. I am a retired RN that took on so much pain and suffering. I have had babies brains on my face, I have watched so much suffering and dying. Now my heart is weak after a heart attack and feel I am dying which I am not afraid of but my old dog and kids and granddaughter still need me around. So Elk told me to find you and Sonja Grace. I am so grateful. I will get in touch with you. I went to be ground by living in a tipi for summers.

If there is someone I would looove to learn from, it is Donna Eden.

Donna Eden is awesome!

Wonderful! During my period I ran my best races and could see life with more clarity. I found that time to be incredibly powerful. I think being post menopausal I now can turn those energies up or down. Like Donna said, there's more control now. Maybe the energy isn't as intense, or it's the age of wisdom, or I am calmer and more present, or all the above? I'm really not sure.

has she met lorna byrne, the irish lady who sees angels and communicates with them daily. They are beings of energy that can take on human appearance, very similar to Donna's talk on energy. They are her constant companions and taught her everything she knows from when she was a child and been to heaven and seen God and she was also told when she was a child not to talk about what she saw, otherwise they'd put her away into a mental institution.

The first time I felt energy was on an elevator with a strange man I didn't know. I felt a vibration and it shook me. Scared the heck out of me. I am not sure I want to feel that again. He was bad energy. After I got off this elevator and down the hall I heard him scream...

4:52 same as Lorna Byrne. She could see inside people and tell what ailments they had. She's also dyslexic.
