I've been watching DK speed runs for yeeeears but I can't believe I've never heard about this category until now!!!

VODs up this fast is the truest speed run.

Mind blowing from someone who doesn't follow DKC speedrunning. I remember doing that first wrong warp from world 1 to 3 as a kid and having absolutely no idea what I had done. Never understood until (partially) now.

I read about that warp online. I was always confused and wondered why it sent you to the middle of a level instead of the start Didn't realize until a speedrunner explained that it was unintentional.

This was an awesome run, Tonkotsu makes it look so effortless when this game single-handedly kicks my butt to this day. Keep rolling deep!

When I was a kid I found a wrong warp randomly. I remember where it came out but not where it started. I have never seen anyone else do it. I stand corrected! Tonkotsu does it at 35:50!

K Rool can only be fought after beating world 6, and also is the only way to trigger the end of the game, so we still fight him last. This is pretty normal for a lot of games' RBO categories

As someone whose favorite DKC animal friend is Rambi, I don't like this run. At all. I'm kidding, it was awesome, but I love Rambi.
