I worked for Sikorsky at the WPB facility from Aug '86 through March 2000...this ship was a customer turn in and Donald bought...we refurbished it for him...I'm proud of of time with the company...I saw many of our aircraft sold to famous customers around the world...including the Sultan of Brunei who bought at least two S76-Bs - along with two S-70s (civilian Blackhawks) one each for himself and his wife...

If I had the money The Donald has, I would be doing the same thing.

These are tired and true, but I can tell you that this interior is proprietary, all STC's owned by Keystone/SGH. I should know... I have my signature in the logbook. +Kyle M Yeah. And both gold plating and gold leaf are so thin it is almost no gold. A small piece of gols can be pounded into a very large sheet of gold leaf. If those parts were made out of solid gold than that would be impressive. And for $1M, how much of that was actually product and how much was labor and profit? $1M of gold would take up half the space. Its like 4 leather seats and some fancy wood cabinets.

A propeller aircraft could go faster or just as fast as his modern day 757, reason why I say this is because in WW2 or near the end of it, allied aircraft were reaching 400-500 miles per hour, The axis or mostly German aircraft needed to get faster one answer was the ME-262 which is a jet that could go 700 Now correct me if I'm wrong the FW 190 D series could go about 600 mph if you were to push it. Correct me if I'm wrong on any of this, I'm only going by what I understand currently, it would be much appreciated if you could correct me if I'm wrong. Reason why I said that is because I know more about tanks than planes.

It's over hanger lease fees that have not been paid and the operator, Jet Aviation, Teterboro might put a lien on the unspecified helicopter. The ship in this video has the N-Number blanked out. While in the shop it looks like the number is going to be replaced. It is common practice for a new owner to ask for a new N-Number. Hopefully all works out.
