Kennedy signed the executive order that awarded to any person wounded or killed "while serving with friendly foreign forces" or "as a result of action by a hostile foreign force".[14] After March 28, 1973, it may be awarded as a result of an international terrorist attack against the United States or a foreign nation friendly to the United States, recognized as such an attack by the Secretary of the Army, or jointly by the Secretaries of the separate armed services concerned if persons from more than one service are wounded in the attack. Also, it may be awarded as a result of military operations while serving outside the territory of the United States as part of a peacekeeping force.[15] The Purple Heart differs from most other decorations in that an individual is not "recommended" for the decoration; rather he or she is entitled to it upon meeting specific criteria. So far, proven cases are mainly Trump, but there are bound to be dems caught as well. The important thing is there is no evidence of widespread fraud - it's the normal minute proportion. So the interviewer asked "so you're an anti- intellectual?" He said Trump just gave him a blank stare for a moment 'like a dog that heard a high pitched squeal' "I just don't see the point."

Not everyone is an avid reader(I can finish a book in a few days because I just can't put it down. No matter how much the prequel of The Hunger Games disturbed me....but that's beside the point). During a recount of ballots in Georgia they found just over 2,500 ballots that were previously uncounted. When these ballots were counted the result was 1,643 for Trump and 865 for Biden. Also in Wisconsin they discovered nearly 400 ballots that were previously uncounted.
