I like the fact that there is nothing in the background to disturb - no music. I am able to concentrate on the various steps of meditation. The pauses are perfect, and him's voice is soothing and encouraging. I would highly recommend this, especially for beginners. I think I will always be a beginner.

what bothers me is. these so called wisemen/gurus is teaching us to set aside our ego and live a life of humility. while others living an egoistic life taking advantages of people living in humility.. its like a pathway to slavery and inferiority. its like saying live a life of humility and let the universe take control. yes you are at peace.. but also a slave of of the system.
