The main argument is health related (hearing loss) with the cdc unbelievably providing the support needed for that argument, as well as the fact that you don’t need to break the law, and be subsequently arrested, to show damages from a law. So the “lack of standing” is not a valid reason to dismiss the case. Dude people have waited 10-15 months for the past 70+ years for their BATFE suppressor. Sucks but all the buyers before us managed to survive & got silencers soon enough. This is a new thing with fast wait times, I did mine as a gun trust I like the freedom of adding trustees who can use it or straight transfer them on & myself off the trust if I had to move to a different country, but found out after that personal is 3 days fast and trusts are averaging 6 months. Oh well ya know, all good,

I really hope that Suppressors and SBRs are taken off of the NFA. The argument is there to take both off the NFA. Really, all items should be off the NFA/GCA, as the NFA/GCA/Hughes Act+... is all Unconstitutional. That said, it will be how soon? Possibly if states step up like Texas, we may have state suppressors, first, allowed. Anyway, good video, on target and let's hope this case goes well!

I believe the Supreme Court will totally avoid the issues of suppressors, short barreled rifles, and machine guns. They simply won't accept any cases with those issues. That's because they won't consider the issues worth the blowback regardless how they rule. Bruen clearly means that the NFA should go away, but a ruling to that effect would lead the democrats to do all they can to pack the court, which would be disastrous for all our rights. In effect, the Court will be saving the bulk of the 2nd Amendment and the rest of the Constitution by looking the other way regarding what they will consider "secondary infringements." I do, however, believe they will rule that AR-type rifles are covered, as are magazines, attachments, scopes, etc. But that's as far as they will go, for necessary political reasons. If we want the full rights of the constitution, we need to change the legislature.

I'm sorry WHAT law did Tennessee pass for SBRs? I'm in Kentucky & have property in Tennessee, theres no law TN can pass to unregulate SBRs you still have to follow idiotic federal BATFE law for SBRs and file a form with the BATFE whenever you take an SBR out of state it was registered. Silencers are exempt from reporting requirement, which is why I ordered my 1st YHM Resonator R2 supressor as a 300 blackout pinned & welded 9.5" barrel so it's SBR length with suppressor, but not legally an SBR since total barrel length is 16 inches & barrel includes the supressor. It's a complete YKM built AR-15 upper reciever with adjustable block & low profile handguard, I just don't have any threaded barrel rifles to use a suppressor on, I really want a 300 blackout supressed SBR, & I would rather not have to deal with filing a stupid BATFE form every time I drive an hour to a competition.

The whole SBR, Silencer, and Brace/Stock rules from the ATF are just funny and sad at the same time. We the American people just keep getting shafted and take it. Completely bogus stuff. What is the background check needed for if you have to go through this whole process of a stamp and on top of that pay $$$. It really is just a matter of time before they try to take all of our firearms. I believe every department of our government serves a function even the ATF but when they are focusing their efforts against the American people and the rules they are implementing are helping anything. People wouldn’t be saying defund the ATF if they were for instance focusing their efforts on bad guys and terrorist sourcing guns illegally. Then the rules the ATF are trying to implement easily have work arounds. Anyone can go and make a silencer from an oil can if they truly wanted to😂😂😂.
