If the sign said throw your new born baby into a river would you do it? Didnt think so, the animals are getting fed today.

Those birds get off on defying the law.

This is what happens if you only impose rules but don't give a convincing reason for them.

I think it's contradictory between graphic illustration and text, Clearly, the text says "Do Not Feed the animal" but the graphics say do not hand feed the animals. So someone did the wise thing, birds are feeding on their own, and no one is feeding... 😉
