I did this to Eranshahr. It was very fun in that it essentially gives you two whole mission trees to complete, with great permanent benefits in both, as well as a whole host of estates (adds Qizilbash/Aswaran, Ghilman, AND Tribes), switches a whole culture group to another one, and gives you insane cavalry/infantry ratio and cavalry and artillery combat ability.

My ancestors are from Qara Qoyunlu we are still located in Van.

At last goverment reform you can wait untill admin tech 14 and you reform into horde, you can take horde ideas for extra 35cca (including policys, but you would have to take espionage ideas for one of first 3) and other cav bonuses. In the meanwhile you can expand as a horde, complete whole qara quyunlu mission tree, because the bonuses are worth it and when you can form persia you consolidate land you conquerd with reforming into persian goverment. I tested it in sp and it seems to be even stronger cav, than with sich rada strat. Aq quyunlu has basicly the same mission tree and its ideas are even better one of the best for cavalry focus

If I continue this campaign, I will use the switch to horde. Then I will return to the monarchy when I get a horde of ideas and create Persia.

I do agree with the not playing for the plus one stab. That's one of the things that make religious ideas so S their random events for stab.

I use it as a pre-test for ideas. What is important is not only whether the goal will be achieved, but how quickly.

Would it make sense to form Georgia along the way for the fairly easy to get +10% permanent Shock-Damage modifier which works well with the additional 0.25 Shock pips you get from the AQ/QQ missions.

I wish Reconquest was above Conquest on the list of CBs for this very reason. I know the default is just an alphabetical order

I am Turkish and yes qoyun means sheap in my language but This word don't write as a qoyun. It write as koyun
