Nope bekar investment hai maine liya tha 2 mahine mai sand leak and pvc crack hone laga hai, kafi delicate hote hai
Buying rubber plates for dumbbells is also a great alternative. Pvc costs 30rs. / kg while rubber costs 45rs./ kg here

For hime work put round or hexagonal dumbela are neat becuse steel and iron dumbella makes too much noise when kept on floor becuse everyone doesn't have that silicon flooring at home

Bhai lekin suruat me pvc dumbbells hi right hain ghar par gym karne ke liye. Kyoki metal ke dumbbells bahut mahnge aate hain. Isliye phele pvc wale se karke dekh Lena chahiye. Kyoki jadartar log ka waise bhi kuch time ke baad interest khatam ho jata hai yaa wo dard sahan nahi kar paate😅.
Rubber plate dumbbells buy kar lo sports shop se. Rod bhi..
So even if you have to get lower weight get iron?
PVC dumbells aren't safe to use a while ago i was doing triceps tand the lock slipped and the dumbell fell on my head

I bought PVC dumbles for my home workout it can easily load upto 25kg each dumble .. also they falled several times but never broke.. i used them for 2 years they are still intact ... If anyone gonna buy them i would prefer buy a good quality dumble rod that

Bhai metal dumbbells ka rate bahat zyada hai Offline/online dono jagah. Log cement aur bricks se bhi exercise kar ke body bana re hai. Agar paisa hai to zaroor metal dumbbells lo. Me khud PVC dumbbells se 6 mahine se kar raha hun No problem. Chahe PVC se maro Ya metal se maro Muscle gain to muscle gain hee hota hai...
