Forget protecting dumbbell & concentrate on body benifits... Cast iron are always best ... evenly distributed weight ... you will never feel like droping dumbbell at all.. Steel, pvc,etc are worst for exercise

We love pvc and iron but will get metal and rubber 😂i am ready with my olympic barbell
ok so i am a gym begginer and i bought 4x 5kg rubber plates and 2.5 x 2 rubber plates with 5 feet 28 mm barbell for around 2200 rs. using them around a year and now i can say they are amazing . the only down side it , unse chote chote rubber particles niklte hai. me personally i dont have a home gym so i keep my weights below my bed lol. jab kabhi plates ko bed pr rkhta hu hr chiz gndi hojati h . other than that i didnt find anything wrong with the,. itne km price me everything is fine.

Mere pass hai bhai cheap iron wali dumble 110kg hai jisko dekhna hai aakar dekhlo. Koi dikkat nahi hoti hai workout karne me

Yeah bro but 250 isn’t much anyway, get the adjustable if you can as it will last you a long time till you cap out the strength, whereas with pvc you will easily cap out in a month and then you have to buy again. Extra money
