The milk has curdled. The serum has separated. It took us 5 minutes. Prepare a cup and a strainer. Transfer the curd mixture. 100 grams of butter. Melt the butter. Add curd mixture. Mix well. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp soda. 200 grams of mozzarella. Let cook for 5-7 minutes. Put the cheese in the mold. The cheese should cool for 2-3 hours. Time is up and our cheese is ready. Чтобы сделать моцарелла 🧀 сначала берём молоко домашнее, греем и добавляем уксус помешивая. Как начинает тянуться собираем, отжимаем, далее солим получившуюся сыворотку, нагреваем > опускаем нашу заготовку начинает плавится, вынимаем и растягиваем, отжимаем и обратно ложимся в ёмкость, повторить 5-7 раз. Отжать, сформировать головку 🧀 и убрать в холодильник. Ну, а далее уже готовим сыр из этого видео 😄
