太麻烦了。
我第一次看過豬肉的新吃法太棒了 讚啦
看起來很好吃但制作實在太麻煩了,平時我做晚飯三個菜30分鐘就解決了。我做紅燒肉或扣肉都是先把五花肉整塊(大約七八斤)先煮熟冷卻後再分 切成三大塊分別包裝冷凍,要做當天早上取出一塊解凍再切成小塊,昨天我做紅燒肉先把肉炒熱再加調料和剝殼的白煮蛋6顆一起加工再加一包煮肉的湯 (也已分包冷凍)用大火快煮也差不多二三十分鐘就成了。好吃😋!

@D buglewicz 炸猪油用的是板油或花油,不是这种形状的。

=粉蒸肉繁瑣版,好吃是肯定好吃的。不過我是生肉醃製20分鐘,直接裹市售現成粉蒸肉粉(裡面調料都配好了),第一次做底下鋪土豆(馬鈴薯)沒有再放鹽,蒸30分鐘就熟了,不過土豆會很油,以後再做就不放了。

感謝分享,請問 8:31的醃製階段,如果放到第一步裏蛋液之前,效果會不會比較好?畢竟裏完蛋液再煎過後,蛋白脂都凝結了,去腥入味的效果應該沒有生肉好不是嗎?

Hi, I don't think it's their english at fault but the subtitles, earlier on a similar video it said they got a carrot freshly picked from the tree lol 😂 Things don't translate perfectly, I find it funny what it says sometimes x
