Most entertaining fights are because one or both are low skilled ..High level fighters usually end up with 2 much respect for eachother and it feels like your watching a chess match 😅

No one forgot about him, its just most of us that watched these guys are old and Frye stayed a lot longer in the sport. Plus his mustache is magnum pi levels of dope. Tank is still a legend, he just wasn't as good of a fighter because despite being a national junior college champion wrestler he had shit cardio and never wrestled, he would have won more if he had bettet cardio and kept up his wrestling. Frye was simply the better fighter, has more memorable fights, lasted longer with his pride run after the UFC. Doesnt mean tank isn't a legend as well, Frye was just the better fighter and has more accolades, plus his mustache

That's because it's more skill nowadays, that was a brawl you'd have in a bar lol only thing skilled was the ending with the submission. Frye was way more skilled than tank but couldn't help having a straight out dog fight lol. The brawl against the huge Asian dude ,can't remember his name was absolutely ridiculously great to watch. Don frye was a true alpha male , wouldn't back down to anyone. One tough tough sob

@@kingkongsson1I don't think it is. The sketchy stances and even hyper jitters aren't them being less trained, the same a me teams trained the next generation and the next and the next, how would they not have the same based ass pedigree of skills? They did. Literally. However, with less rules, come more to be defensive of, and thus the idea was just knock them out or submit very fast, because there is notime to waste an elbow while grounded 12 and 6 was legal, knee kicks legal, standing Muay Thai elbow lead in strikes are good, and any uniform ya like, so you where comfy as could be fighting. That's a LOT of variables today's pampered class never had to deal with.

There’s a few who are drunk and try to fight back or swing on you but when you slam someone on their face, head, back or they get punched all your plans go out the window if you have no training or you have all bark and bite. Some of the funniest crap happens to loud mouth crap talking idiots. These two dudes would smash through any bar. Try fighting even amateur. It takes a lot more than beer to do that and calling it a bar fight is an idiotic thing.

Don Frye is one in a million guys to be able to get back up after that punch from Tank. I bet when Tank saw him get up it took the wind out of his sails. He knew how tough Don was for sure then.
