Absolutely incredible!! I am so confused and amazed at the same time! This has got to be one of the most creative domino videos I've ever seen. The amount of pre-planning, filming the perfect shot, and editing this must have taken is insane. 1:50 love how chaotic this is - it's pretty wild with so many things going on at once 2:31 this might be my favorite clip. SUPER impressive. I can't even tell that it was edited. It's so perfect :O 2:44 the cars going backwards was a great idea, and then to do the same effect with the cars in a domino field at 3:44 3:17 the herringbone effect with the dominoes - I love that effect!! 3:52 that's so trippy to watch it go in reverse and the normal in the same shot! 4:04 this made me think - if you assign a color to each letter you would get a really beautiful pattern... 4:41 epic dolly shot - it really looks like a movie Overall, this is beyond brilliant. Amazing work, Wasilja!

Thank you! Glad it is noticed that indeed this took a lot of time in prepairing it rather than building the clips one by one. 2:31 is my personal favorite (and was the hardest to edit). I managed to rebuild the dominoes on the same exact positon on the dots of Lamping 😂

@@brandonc2328 An almost perfect one yeah, the red line went perfect but the blue was not the best I hoped for haha. Still a 8 of 10 as I only did one try at it.

2:48 the cars REALLY trip me off 🤣

Absolutely incredible!!!! I absolutely love the simultaneous forward/backward falling of dominoes was amazing - too many favourite clips to mention them all. It definitely was a masterpiece!

This is one of the most unique chain reaction videos I’ve ever seen. I can’t even imagine the level of understanding and deep thinking that it took to make this video. I think I still need to watch it a few times to fully understand it. Amazing.

Thanks! Well I must say myself, the movie is the most puzzling one I have ever seen, and my fascination resulted in knowing it bit a bit. The same happened with this project. At first I didnt even think this would be a useful project as it too was soooo complex to come with ideas and how to film it all. But once I started, I got the hang of it after like a month so the last clips that were made (the gates and the spiral) were easier to make than clips like with the cars in the background or the car designs.

Awesome 3:52 was cool. I didn't notice what was actually happening there on first watch.

Thanks! Yeah, im surprisingly dissapointed in the amount of views. Seems to happen to my last 3-4 videos in 2020 :(. This was quite a lot of work, thought this would catch both the movie lovers as well as domino lovers for this unique concept. This still doesnt change my mind how proud I am on making this project :) Fun fact for you, I deliberately used Lamping dominoes for all the red lines and Bulkdominoes for the (Island) Blue lines to have different sounding dominoes

INSANENASNI! This is a seriously impressive video. This must have taken one heck of a lot of editing 😂 I can tell the complex path of the video was very well planned and thought out. My favorite part was the clip at 2:41 because while the wall is falling normally, the cars in the background are reversed. It’s just a fun little detail that I really enjoyed. Overall, amazing videoediv!

That Dominominod (Tenet inspired project) blows my mind, especially that clip at 3:30. So crazy. I love it 🥰.

I did the similar project years ago! Though this video was very appealing and more proper. 2:43 was extremely confusing and mind boggling. This video was very impressive and creative. And I love how you reversed the music when the domino clip was reversed.

Such a unique and interesting project! I like how you managed to make a movie tribute in dominoes that isn't just comprised of repetitive fields and generic tricks. The clips at 2:32 and 2:40 were mind-blowing and caught me so off guard, the clip at 1:47 was really interesting visually and the little clip at 3:30 was pretty clever too. Great job on this video, and good luck to the people attempting the puzzles :)

Thank you!! You point it out perfectly. I always am the person of making someting original or trying to be unique and I think this definetly is a big one. 2:32 is my personal favorite and 2:40 was a matter of good planning and timing. That clip specifically was made on a cloudy-sunny day during traffic times to have the most cars driving around while in daylight. And that kind of prepairing these clips was absolutly worth it :D

Not having seen the movie, I don't think I can quite understand what this is about but there is some amazingly creative domino stuff in there! I would not even have attempted all of those editing tricks because it just seems impossible to get the level of precision it takes :-O

Haha thanks! Yeah that is why I tried to make it also an unique domino video for all that havent seen the video so its still entertaining. This was also very challenging to edit and I must say the results are better than I expected. Strangely the most time-consuming thing was the preparation of it all. Having the perfect shots so that I have to edit less. For example the clip 2:55 with the 2 domino elevators..... I only have one, so that one is a double-twist edit with just having the camera 100% perfect on the same spot and building the red and blue lines seperately. This was such a cool concept and I experimented so much to create this :D

The puzzles are mostly not even movie related, its the movie references you wont get yet. I hope you will eventually when the movie can be watched on streams. That movie is 10x more confusing than this video 😅

Your creativity in this video with using other objects other than dominoes is insane, and I have to give much kudos to the attention to detail with editing Is the answer to one of the puzzles the Boeing 747 on 4:35? (747 being the number) Just realized the wall at 2:45 falls forward while the cars in the background move backward 😳 crazy stuff my guy

Almost, indeed the clock "that shows time" is quite an easy guess but because of some saying am and pm and others having a 24 hrs clock, its not the exact time the clock shows...

haha well, I even trolled some people at the cinema by walking backwards out of the room. People lost their mind xD I was so fascinated with the movie's concept, it really was an obsession. I mean even in our street sometimes people drive backwards because its a dead end, it doesnt confuse me even the slitest, although I then check if im looking at my screen or not :P

I think I found one! In 3:08, posterity calls you, which means future generations. This was what the protagonist in tenet says, and we are the future!

That moment has the two hidden words that already has been found. Its btw not a magazine but my long vertical monthly calendar of various buildings :)

I have watched this video 6 times now, but I still can’t find the remaining puzzles. Here are my best guesses: @3:24 The domino pattern makes the number 56 and @3:08 there is an iPhone 6s. Is 56 or 65 a special number? Is it a puzzle answer? I also noticed you replaced the m in the title with a question mark.

No number 56, cool idea though and I am impressed you recognized the Iphone 6s. Unfortunatly that also isnt the answer. The last one, I too noticed that, somehow KZread on desktops shows the upside down M but on mobile devices it doesnt (and I can fix it :S)

The colors of the dominoes were chosen to specify the forward/inverted/backward simulation. All other objects are simply chosen to have an effect on the project overall. Things like the ping pong ball are simply something that is rolling, no meaning behind its color and I didnt have any other color available.

​@@Wdomino I didn't think too much about how to get it. DaVinci Resolve color-grading would have worked though... I guess the reason I cared a bit was that it seemed like it was akin to the dominos tumbling and that's why I thought hmmm it would need to be inverted then and the color then bothered me that it didn't make that stand out for others. But hey I kind of just commented to get a bit of relief for that small thing, no biggie at all Your project was very nice! The basic (not if you get creative) domino-effect of things is a nice symbol for time and inversion. You mentioned simulation, are the blue ones CG sometimes or did you mean faked to act backwards? If you just said sim to sound cool that's fine too

I just realised at 4:01 words are same horizontly and viertically!

Yep, that is the so called sator square, some kind of ancient text in Latin apparently, and this was also used in the movie (not the whole square but each word individually)

Is the coded word TENET? Don't know just guessing
