The LONGEST Pong Shot EVER! Chain Reaction | Quarantine Day 63

I took the classic pong shot to the next level! At 95 seconds, this is the longest ping pong trickshot on KZread! The ball ends up going all around my house. This was made in about 2 weeks and built up part by part, starting with the ideas on the 6 foot table in the living room.
This machine had over 100 fails, but 80-90% of them were in the beginning before the ball entered the living room, something I couldn't fix because I needed to maintain a way for all my family to get around the house without stepping over random things on the floor. Because of this, reset times were short and I only needed about 3 days to get everything to work, despite only filming during the times of day when lighting conditions were reasonable.
I worked hard on this and I think it's one of my best projects so it would be great to get a lot of people to see this trickshot -- maybe even @dudeperfect?

Fantastic premiere. Extremely clever, great use of household items one would find lying around in the middle of quarantine. This must've taken an obscene amount of time to set up, I commend you, good sir. Keep doing what you're doing. It just works ;)
This machine was amazing!! The path of the ball was very intricate yet easy to follow!! Also, that tape measure trick was absolutely amazing!!

What was your experience creating a one-ball path? Was it easier or harder than you expected? I really love the one-ball path format, it's so fun to always keep reusing the same ball, constantly replenishing its potential energy through various types of ball lifts. This machine is really good, the part with the tape roll was my favorite! There's also something to be said about the scope of this thing, it really does go all around your house!

Making the one ball path was interesting! Some ball lifts were harder than expected and others were easier. For example, the tape measure that brought the ball up to the 6 ft table was never a problem and I made it work 100% in less than an hour. But to bring the ball from the 2 wooden planks to the wall closer to the end, I tried to use a clothespin-launch-type mechanism that I ended up moving to the beginning because it couldn't fit and therefore was much less reliable. I was really happy with how I was able to move the ball with different lifting techniques around so many different levels and that there were almost as many tricks that brought the ball up as there were moving the ball down. It would probably be much harder to make using a heavier ball moving throughout the machine.
Can you make a machine that puts the blanket over you while your asleep. 😴😴😴
I was thinking "yeah this is a really great machine" and right at the end I realized it was a one ball path (yes it was the whole point of it I know) so now I'm really really amzed.
