Sorry to tell you that, but you have inverted 2 wire.... that's critical the red wire is for the compressor (50 uf) on HERM marking and the brown one is the fan (5 uf) on FAN marking switch those two wire quick as possible if not you will damage the compressor.

Yes, you are correct. I didn’t notice that and reverse them back to the correct way thank you for noticing and your comments.
