Change your eating and living habits, try intermittent and water fasting and try adaptogenic herbs like Ashwaganda, Mucuna Pruriens, Rhodiola Rosea, etc - they really do work. Exercise, go out in the sun, nature, hike up a mountain, etc. I don't know how you are now, but I assure you this is will help - I eliminated my depression and anxiety this way. One more thing - stop porn consumption, no matter how small (if you use it). This is essentiy.

We have the same here in the UK. We personally go every year to one, they open up the castles and have massive recreations of battles, you get to do axe throwing and archery etc, drink ale from curved hornes the lot.

Gall Goidil is haunting and beautiful.

As russian and having a bit Scots blood in my veins - North music awakes something old in my blood.. Not so forgotten, but still odd for reality. And i still love the orthodox choir and soviet marches. Guess it is like Russia works, you just mix a lof of elemets from different cultures. Thanks for music. You are one of the best in this genre.

I was just having this conversation with my mother last night. This music hits me somewhere deep. And even on certain occasion i have teared up. I also have a little bit of bulgarian in my family, so Russian/slavic music does something to me too. Ancestral memories are a thing, and I think music sometimes awakens these memories for a moment allowing us to feel what they felt. Just my personal opinion.

As a Christian Taino I feel in harmony with my ancestors when I listen too your music. I have danced and sang before my Lord before too this type of music and it began raining 🌧 😌. I have listened too this type of music and either that day or night a volcano erupts or thunderstorms and I don't credit myself or the music but, I believe it pleases God too have thisbmusic dedicated too him. Слушая этот альбом я смело могу сказать что музыка становится всё лучше и лучше, заставляя кровь закипать, чувствуя величие бесконечности и необъятности. Такую музыку приятно слушать. Ты представляешь кровавые битвы, видишь разные обычаи культуры. Представляешь себе путь обретения власти и господства над вселенными и мирами от обычного смертного до Великого существования. Эта музыка вдохновляет. Ты чувствуешь величие и мудрость предков. Силы древних рас, которые были на много могущественнее нынешнего мира. Wow, I knew I heard the flute from Gall Goidil before... it's from the Heroes of Might and Magic IV OST (the grassland theme), one of the best video game ost ever btw. aaaah brings back good memories, nice tribute !

Oh right the intro flute, never expected they also had this flute pack back then. It's a celtic flute library, so I guess that fits. Pretty cool since I'm a big fan of Homm!

I’ve always considered the Tuatha de Danann and Aesir and Vanir as branches of the same tree.

Wow 🤩 good tune after good tune. I had to listen to the whole album even my daughter likes it and shes 2!

This is a kind of music i'd like to listen more often. And when i'm listening danheim, be sure I always wear headphone. Drums deserve it. Voices too... whole music too.
