Some compensate quality with quantity. If you use better metal you can have the same specs with thinner walls and lighter but equally strong result.Sometimes, less is more.

A OEM ported 7900 is a force to be reckoned with and takes a strong 660 to beat one.

Innovation is important. I'm glad I just found your channel today. The reason i search KZread is because I found a gallon of Dolmar chain and bar oil yesterday, I was wondering if the oil is any good. Looking forward to seeing your upgrade and running dolmar chainsaw.

Well I see two things to keep in mind Harv. Some of those big bores don't idle too well if you get too far on the intake timing, and the base flange is as thick as it is for strength. But I like a challenge too so lets see it pop!!

of all the tools I own, my chainsaws are the most dangerous, require the most maintenance, do the most work in a hurry, and are the ones I most enjoy using. being from Illinois I hike up to Wisconsin to get my ethanol free fuel. drain my saws" gas tanks and run em dry after every use. they always start and run great. my Husqvarna 372xpw (circa 1970) is one gorgeous saw. picked it up from the Chainsawguy 6 years ago. regretably the man retired, hope he's healthy and having fun.

d hamby yeppers and that’s HIS CHOICE ! I’ll exercise MINE thank you very much 😁 ... remember ... I OWN 2 saws he built for me years ago - a 241c insane-o and a 461R “early version” insane-o ... I put a little “hot-sauce” of me own into both of em ! And went from “zipped” to zippy-er ... just put out a video of me hotwoods 441cm (70.7cc) vs the 461R (76.5cc) and am right there (5%) whilst giving up almost 8% displacement ... me hotwoods with tuned intake took his 241c insane-os’ lunch money (no tuned intake ) by a considerable margin ... you pay 2x the price with Hotsaws101 ... you ain’t gettin 2x the Saw by no means ... and that’s the fact ...Jack ... tape don’t lie pal kzread.info/dash/bejne/qHqMtcyedKeyqJs.html
