Location of events unknown - could be Italy.
Several shots of heads and bodies for toy dolls being made in a factory. The bodies are made of stuffed cloth; much of the work is done by hand. Hair is sewn onto the heads individually. We then see women making clothes for the dolls; most are elaborate costumes - some historical.

I think could be the famous Lenci doll factory, very popular for his rag dolls.

My old bear from the 30's was filled with straw; the material in this video looks the same.
