Exterior. M/S of three American airmen - Master Sergeant Philip Philipson, Staff Sergeant Billie Parks and Staff Sergeant Donald Turner - carrying a large cardboard model of a steam engine cabin. In the background are barrack huts, in the foreground is a sign which reads '3918th Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Squadron'. Interior. In a workshop on the base, airmen of different ranks are fixing the broken toys. Two more airmen enter carrying armfuls of toys and join the others. Ham and Airman First Class Charlie Lee - are mending a broken bicycle. C/U of an airman wearing spectacles. C/U of the broken tricycle he is fixing.
