Dollar Tree Moisture Eliminator Review

Ғылым және технология

I've been using DampRid products for several years and came across this moisture absorber at Dollar Tree and decided to try it out and see how it performs compared to the similar DampRid products I've used before.

I wonder how much humidity that really is in an entire room. I had an electric dehumidifier in my basement, and that would be filled with a gallon of water everyday. I think it helped a little bit, but it was a lot of water every day

I use a 30 pint dehumidifier in the winter and it will fill up in 24-36 hours so although these small containers work, I'm not sure how much much moisture they can take out of a room. But they might be good for a small space and save on energy compared to running a dehumidifier.

Using mine in my basement. They take in a good amount of water. Helps with odor. Def leave the white film on the top.

I have been using them for year's, I had replaced 2 of them almost 15 days ago. Both of the containers busted and the water was leaking on my clothes since I had put them on top of the closet.

I think when the absorbing material gets saturated it hardens but it shouldn't be enough to crack the container, unless they are making them thinner. The water is usually oily too so I'm not sure if it would stain clothing or was out. I prefer DampRid hanging bags but they cost a lot more.

I had not one but two hanging versions fall off the hanger they came attached to bout,15 hours apart. Arm& Hammer brand, I shrugged and duct taped them -@$ۤ back to the hanger and went about my day. But then I got thinking well great now it can't breathe. Cuz the instructions make it sound like it's asbestos and fentanyl level dangerous to interact with. I should have known that is just the era we live in. The era that is shocked by raw egg consumption like your drinking Drano. Look Rocky beat Apollo Creeds arse and drank raw eggs on the daily. Just ask Adrian. Adrian! Adrian?! Well that how movie ends not with him dead from raw eggs. So I'll just pop a hole or 2 in the bags and be good 2 go. ::: salute:::

You're not supposed to take off. I use them in the summer and winter for 6 years. They really work and keep on the paper. That's because it starts to harden and I observe the moisture in the air and then it starts to drips. You're telling people's wrong.

Those are little pieces of charcoal to help "purify" the air.
