I mean that''s kinda the point of a collection tho. They're all variations on an original theme. Simply because it's more efficient to use the same patterns/ silhouette then change the fabrics only. It's more efficient for production as well. And you can reserve good ideas for the next seasons. It's an industrial practice, lol

I'm so glad that underwear is in next winter. I can't wait to wear my panties out in the snow. At least I'll have an obnoxiously oversized jacket to throw on top to keep me warm. Seriously, why does every single designer design the same exact cloths, right down to wearing flats with ball gowns and not keep it unique?! Marketing perhaps?!

Oh please. Fur has been used by humans for thousands of years, yet, we still co-exist with it. Also, you should not equate the economy of luxury to necessity, there's a reason why a single fur coat (if real) cost thousands of dollars, and why a single KFC (slaughtering millions of innocent chicken everyday and counting!) meal doesn't!

I mean if humans didn't innovate and think of fur coat as a means to insulate against the winter weather, we wouldn't have this kind of convenient technology and lifestyle as we speak! Half of the population would've died from the cold. So hell yeah to fur! Fur is one of those great ideas that got us to this period of time that we call modern civilization.

Exactly what is expected from D&G. Lingerie - ideal for fall/winter times !!! - with jackets/coats , trousers/skirt & a fur coat. Some good dresses. The tailoring & laces/embroideries work are great/exquisite.. It is a matter of taste & the show/collection is well presented as ever, sensual without being vulgar. ..nothing unexpected ( bit repetitive??). Good collection.

Well said. It's so repetitive, not just for them though, but by almost every designer in every collection looks exactly the same. I know there's a trendy theme, but this is getting boring and sloppy, even with the exquisite tailoring & laces/embroideries.

It's supposed to be repetitious. It's not H&M prices. In this economy, people don't want to pay high prices for an item of clothing that is so showy you can't wear it all the time. These pieces can be dressed up or down, worn with or without satin underslips for coverage, and, because they are black, will easily blend into most folks' wardrobes.

Preto Porte, off the rack. Each model wore a part of a collection meant to slide into your wardrobe or pair with other items in the collection. I applaud the idea of leaving the overall look to the viewer/end buyer.
