REVIEW: Just be careful, that’s all based on an early version of that game. Some of that can and will change. Firstly, what needs work: I think the biggest point here is performance. I am pretty sure Paradox/CO will work on that as fast as they can, but my big city did lag and I have a NASA type PC. The income trend does not really work yet. The game like to crash sometimes (put autosave on). You can’t move or delete upgrades on buildings. Once you place them, they are stuck to it for ever. If you wanna move it, you literally have to destroy it and build it again. Now to the good: The new road system is amazing! How you can attach single roads and interconnect them. Just amazing! The Upgrade tree with the XP system is also way more fun, than what we had before. The game looks great! There are moments were the graphic looks weird, but overall beautiful game! And lastly, very important for me. It is just a lot of fun to play. That on is very subjective I know, but its kinda also very important. So overall I would give the game an 7/10. A 9/10 after some bug and performance fixes. I mean, I did write a script, recorded for one week and edited a video … as a HOI4 youtuber. And I am not getting paid (did get the game), so yeah. Good game.

As someone who got a city designed by Chaotic here. I can say I was not disappointed, the city was amazing and pretty perfect. Highly recommend him as a city planner, 10/10 would hire again.
