I agree the look and sound of Acolyte are really good compared to other shows.

I couldn’t agree more with 50% of Star Wars is the music. That’s sooo true💯! It’s the best thing ever when you go to a symphony orchestra play Star Wars. Last year I saw Return of the Jedi in a live performance with the Seattle Symphony playing the soundtrack to it along with the movie. One of the best, if not the best Star Wars experience I have ever had. Then of course seeing John Williams conduct the music himself is just magical. 👌

I never paid much attention to the sounds and music of Star Wars and because of him I look at Star Wars so differently now. There is so much to learn from the soundtrack and he is honestly so talented it’s unbelievable

Honestly, I’m just looking forward to the Acolyte for the soundtrack at this point. Compare this to Andor and Mando! It finally sounds like John Williams and not Hans Zimmer!

😬😬😬, I usually agree with a lot of your takes, but this show, and soundtrack is absolutely unremarkable. This soundtrack sounds nothing like John Williams. The Kiners and Ludwig are the closest thing we get to something memorable. Hard pass on this one. Sorry, bro.

Idk to me it has the vibes of OG star wars in the first 2 episodes sound wise. Not so much in the third. Got 5 more episodes to go to truly judge it.

@SithTalkPodcast I respect your opinion and love for the franchise, but nothing will ever get better if we, as fans, continue to allow subpar stuff to get a pass. The fact that Fallout, HOD, The Boys, etc, exist with similar budgets, and THIS is what we get from Lucasfilm? I can't in my right mind justify calling this show good. Could it get better? Of course it could. But these 3 episodes have not generated any interest from me at all. Not to mention, the majority of it has felt very mid so far. Here's to hoping I'm wrong. I'll AT LEAST continue to watch your streams lol.
