I've walked in a bunch of stores lately and found plenty of PS5 DualSense controllers on shelves even though the consoles themselves are as rare as hen's teeth. That's why I believe it makes good business sense for Sony to patch in DualSense support for both the PS3 and PS4. Especially when you consider that peripherals like controllers often bring in much more profit than do the actual consoles. Sony has sold what, almost 200 million PS3 and PS4 consoles combined so that represents a HUGE market of potential DS5 controller sales. Also, many of the people who buy those controllers would be likely to want them to be their 2nd PS5 controller eventually.

If you get a Titan One Consoletuner, you can use any Controller on any Console but you will have to be plugged it into it at all time but you can just get long cords.

No just plug the ps5 controller to the adapter then you can remove it then plug the ps4 controller to the adapter but other cord then you can play with ps5 controller without cable but don't remove the ps4 controller

yh i already new that so one of my ps4 controllers wasn't working so i got one for free from my freind who work so i had a USB thingy then i just plug it in hold down those 2 buttons and take it back out and when i trun the ps4 back on it just connects

It only works when you use desktop Ps remote play by connecting the Dualsense to the Pc and connecting to the Ps4.

@@dominickturks5955 You'll have to first connect your remote play to your ps4. After that hold the create button and the PS button and your dualsense controller should start flashing its lights. While the dualsense is flashing its lights just go to your PC's Bluetooth menu and look for your controller and connect to it. Now you can play on the ps4 using a ps5 controller! (Also this works on some phones)

@@christiankyleacbang9439 If you're connecting your ps5 to your ps4 then you'll only experience vibrations, no adaptive triggers or anything. It's like playing a ps4 game on ps5 because the ps4 doesn't support any of the ps5 controller features.

Xbox beats PlayStation with the controllers. The DualShock 4 is only compatible on the ps5 with ps4 games. While on Xbox all the Xbox one controllers work with all consoles, equally.
