OMG I couldn't agree more. I played Astro's Playroom as my very first experience holding and using the controller. I use to argue that Xbox controllers were better... I have 100% flipped my opinion based on the way it responded for Astro's. Absolutely amazing!

I wish sports games would really use the adaptive feedback like for instance if you’re playing Madden and it’s a close game and you need one score to win the game, your controller should gently vibrate to give you the feel that you’re under pressure. That’s just one instance where it could be beautifully used.

I was playing god of war 3 remastered on the ps5 and when kratos changes his weapon,once they are all unlocked. When you switch them the colors around the dual sense match the color of the weapon you using 🥴🥴👌🏾

In competitive shooter games, 6:17 the haptic trigger actually helps me because I push against the "trigger wall" (push lightly until it stops, right before the gun would fire) and it actually helps me react faster than without the haptic feature.. Also, you CAN turn off your controller while using on other devices.. by disconnecting it the controller automatically turns off.

The adaptive triggers don't give you disadvantage in multiplayer competitive games bcz you don't have to press them all the way down to shoot

@@insane5907 no, he's thinking about the dead zone, that is customizable in most fps games at least, that allows you to pull the trigger less. You only have to be practice it to make it the most efficient possible.

They really do it makes you slower and without the adaptive triggers on if you barely pull it down it shoots with adaptive on you have to pull down like halfway before it shoots

i already knew the pairing one, because it works with the ps4 dualshock aswell

It’s too bad that muting the controller mic causes that orange light to come on and stay on forever. It would be great if the light came on when the mic was working and off when muted…that makes more sense

The PSVR CAN NOT pick up the lights from the dual sense. That's why you have to use a Dualshock 4 when using PSVR on PS5.

Btw if u wan’t to sync the PS5 controller with the PS4 then there should be an application somewhere on the Home Screen of the PS4 called ps5 remote play, if not then it should be in the PS4 library application, otherwise you may have to update ur PS4.

I was wondering why while playing wonderland earlier that it basically died when I remembered charging it like usual before the update it's not that annoying, but it is kind of irritating

I had no idea what kind of immersion they talking about until i used dualsense for ps5, a whole new experience

The Bluetooth one isn't a new secret feature. Ps4 you did the same exact thing on. Mic in controller isn't secret as it tells you in the onscreen guide when starting the ps5 the first time

Thanks for sharing I just got the PS5. So is there a way to have the DualSense Controller Synced to the PS5 and iPad at the same time? I know I can do with the Xbox series X controller By just double tapping the sync button.

I didnt know my PS5 controller worked on other systems like PC. I love the dual touch control. It's a whole different experience for certain games.

Its great. I love using gyro aiming on PC with the dual sense, since I can almost never use it on games for the PS5. I am always excited for all the new Sony controller features that they will never support, so I can use them on another system.

I have a dualsense I bought when they first came out, and a dualsense edge, and yet I don't own a PS5. Have several DS4 controllers as well, and no PS4. They're just bluetooth, they'll work on PC, android, linux, etc.

When I play Ghost of Tsushima online, I keep seen my ID show mic speaking and I didn't know mic is on the whole time, because I thought press button to light on mean ON. Smh

The Adaptive Triggers are great in most games, but are awful in others. For instance, NBA uses them when your player is out of stamina or when your opponent is stronger to show you that you can't use energy or dunk by making the triggers virtually unpressable; it locks them up so you don't have access to those moves when your player shouldn't be able it do them. I think it's a good concept but I turn them off for NBA while keeping them on for games like Ghost of Tsushima and Spider-Man.

@@kastakey maybe not 100% but in NBA they're virtually unpressable in some moments. If you use a ton of strength and make them feel like they're breaking, I'm sure you could still use them.

Something that I have noticed is that if you are not using a headset and playing two players the mic only can be used on one controller at a time. If there is a way to use both that would be great.

Did you know that you can bring up the activity you were tracking in the game you are playing by double clicking the PS button?

The mic is amazing in the Dualsense. Much better than the Dualshock mic.

PS6 : Controller explodes when you hold grenade for too long. 😂 PS6 : Comtroller stops working when you get emp’d in a game. 😂

Finally a good ps5 tip video i actually learned from

Instead of buying a charging dock for controllers I just use the cable and plug it to the wall with an adapter and charge from there. I feel like it charges faster from the wall vs ps5 but that's probably just me 🤔

I'll be getting a PS5 this month with my portion of my household's tax money so this is actually perfect for me. I knew the PS5 and controller were cool but I didn't know some of these facts. I haven't played on my PS4 in a while, ever since I got the Xbox Series S in October (it was a sweet 16 birthday gift). But once I get the PS5, I'm gonna be having a field day all day due to the newer and more interesting features it has. I just got done watching it and now I'm even more excited than I was when I found out I'll finally be able to buy it soon 😃

I disagree that adaptive triggers is worse for FPS games. With the adaptive trigger, you can already be holding the trigger to it's breaking point for when you're ready to fire. Try that without and you have a much longer finger travel.

Not true. In games like COD there are trigger settings that allow 0 breakpoint/threshold. The slightest trigger pull shots the weapon.

The best game controler ever made belongs to quest 2. It lasts one month with 1AAA.

The controller microphone is very good if you did good research you would know The adaptive triggers also dont work on any call of duty games nobody is gonna use ps5 controllers on ps3 the battery life is VERY MUCH better than ps4 controllers, i can leave my ps5 controller on with all of the maxed out lights n vibrations on, while having the ps4's lights n vibrations all the way down, and the ps5s controller will last like 5 hours more

Adaptive works for me when playing cod but it meelees half the time it's supposed to fire so I turn it off
