I have coloured my hair 8 times but still my hair texture is very good so why is it harmful ,, yeah but one thing more my diet is very good as I take lots of protein in my diet.

If you are really want to use oil, keep it only for half an hour and you can also apply egg for soft hair before washing and start using conditioner or any hair mask and start taking good diet

Video pura dekh bhai...Kahan se transplant karte hai and kyu nahi jate...
ajkal koi bhi faltu ka gyan de rha hai youtube pr akar, ye berozgaar log hai , youtube se kamane ki sochte hai or kuch bhi baketi kaat te hai.
