I love it! After making this video I went back to do it again~ I was so sore from the workout the day before, but after cryo all my soreness were gone!! I think I’m gonna buy ice to try ice bath to compare see I how I feel~ stay tuned for another video haha! I think if you find a cryotherapy place on Groupon in your city, definitely try it out! Try to do it in the first half of the day to get the adrenaline going~
I heard people are hanging out in the produce room at Costco 😂

Lol it’s funny cuz we were comparing the chamber temp with the produce room as we were doing the cryo lol
Just walk out ur house buck naked in winter .
