Lucky you!!! There are several suppliers of parts here too - Moss Motors is a big one - but I've noticed their prices are starting climb, so turned to the yards to see what might be salvageable :) Yeah, the US ruined a lot of beautiful cars with the stupid rubber bumper requirements!!!! Thanks for watching :)

I bet that was an uncomfortable motorcycle ride, but it shows determination in what you love to do. Buy the two MGs and get that 72 back on the road with parts from the 79.

Thanks !!! Yeah, I didn't get a photo of me on the bike, but I bet I looked pretty interesting on the backroads trying to get home. I wish I could buy both ... don't have enough space at the house and haven't convinced my better half to let me get a warehouse yet!! LOL

I know what you're talking about with the better half. Going to the pick-a-part is one of my favorite things to do. Haha, it's a shame to see some of those old cars that are going to be crushed. :(.@@kintsugimoto

It's was from the Pick n' Pull in Antelope, CA so near Sacramento. Where are you located?

I was told by my Windsheild guy, that every car sold in America is required by the government to have a Windsheild produced.So yes you can order a Windsheild for a 57 plymouth.

I remember on a wheeler dealers they cut down a windscreen from one car to fit another and the company doing it said there were only so many main profiles. Wouldn't work for the Plymouth though

@philtowle4683 Well, remember that Wheeler Dealers are in the U.K, so the rules are different ( I assume).
