Find 'em, Fix 'em, Film 'em !! Whether they're on Jack Stands, in Junkyards, or just plain Jalopies we want to keep all the antique, vintage, and classic cars and motorcycles on the road.
The local classifieds are filled with projects that "Ran When Parked" or were lightly bruised, but "That Will Buff Out" or they are simply "Unobtainium"
We'll make the rounds at local salvage yards for the perfect "Bring a Trailer" and "In Rust, We Trust" finds and uncover my personal favorites, the "While You're There" unfinished projects.
So make sure to Keep the Rusty Side Up and the Leaky Side Down!!

I have the fuel version and I love it.
Awesome!! Mine is still sitting back in the box!! lol The non-fuel one keeps running ... maybe I'll try selling it and then start using my Fuel version :)
Hi there. Is there no need to de/compress at any stage during draining/filling oil..?
You have to compress the shocks during draining to make sure you get all of the old oil out. I wasn't able to film it, because it's a two-handed job :) And it's a bit messy, so make sure that you have something to direct the oil into your pan, it starts to squirt out when you compress the shocks. After I finished filling the shocks and closing the drain plug, I did bounce up and down on the front forks to get the oil distributed. Hope that helps!!
Are you able to list all the parts you'd need to pull from one of these for a T5 conversion on a classic 900? Thanks
Sure, here are the parts that should be pulled from a donor car for the T5 Conversion: - Red Direct Injection Cassette - ECU - Injectors - Throttle Body - Sensors (Coolant, MAP, Air Temp, Throttle Position) - Idle Control Valve - Boost Control Valve - Wiring Harness (If this were my car, I would just buy a new wiring harness, but you could harvest one from a donor car) Hope this helps!
@@kintsugimoto Thanks for your help
Wont the receipt show the discount tho?…
Yes!! And you want it to show a discount on each item, so instead of one full-priced item and one free item, the receipt shows two discounted items. Then you can return the item you don't want and get a discount on the item that you keep.
@@kintsugimotoDo you have to show ID or just your receipt? Thanks.
@@txmade4371 Just the receipt or the online order number. You're very welcome :) Thanks for watching!!
Ugh.. that looks like a lesson in pain.. I’m wanting to stuff a pie cut stainless fabbed exhaust header in my 98 V70 Turbo. Thank you for taking the time to make this video for those of us who love everything Volvo, well P2 and older anyways 😂
Hahaha ... it's actually not too bad. And I just learned that if you pull the two front subframe bolts, the front of the engine with drop and rotate forward so the back is even more accessible :) Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment !!!
Thats such BS they dont want it in the US cause its cheap and would take a chunk out of us sales . The l jeep renegade is literally the same but i bet worse center of gravity .
Hahaha, good point !!! Although I have a feeling that if they were imported here, they would add on a bunch of tarrifs and jack up the prices on them.
Where are the parts located ?
This was at the Antelope, CA Pick-n-Pull. But I posted this video a while back, so it's probably long gone ... if you look at my long form videos, you can sort by date posted to make sure that the meat is fresh :) Thanks for watching!!
Is this the bundle or did you purchase the mechanic set and build out case separately?
You can purchase them as a bundle or buy them separately. I thought the bundle was cheaper, but it's not. Sometimes, the mechanic set goes on sale around the big holidays, so it might turn out to be cheaper if you purchase separately :)
@@kintsugimoto I only ask because neither the case nor the set show the foam insert under the top lid.
@@joker2100 Yup, I see you your point. If I remember correctly, the foam insert was included with the box that contained the mechanic's set. It's weird that they don't show it as being included. Hopefully, that's not a deal breaker for you as I think it's a good set. It was like a 1/4 foam, so you could probably make one yourself?
this was a shokingly entertaning video my dad iand i both use DEwalt my brother uses milwakee and one of our 2 DEwalt batteries died so i might get one of theese adapters very interesting
Thanks for your kind comment !!! Glad you enjoyed it :) The adapters that I purchased actually fit both M18 and DeWalt 20V batteries, so you can swap all your batteries among each other!! lol
I wouldnt trust any of those chinease adapters or batteries, just get 20v dewalt XR stuff, the actual dewalt adapter and keep the weird M12 tools around. Or at least get the less sketchy bootleg adapters and real M18 batteries
Yup, I switched over to the real M18 batteries after I recorded this. Home Depot ran a couple of really good deals on M18 packs, so I picked up a couple to use on the DeWalt and Ryobi tools that I don't use often.
keep batterys in the chargers all the time will stay good and full
That's the problem!! I don't have enough outlets in my garage to keep the DeWalt, Milwaukee, and Ryobi batteries plugged in all the time. So only needing to use the M18, I always have one or two that are fully charged at any time.
Using these will fuck your batteries up. Batteries will have no way of talking to the tool and will drain past the point of being able to charge.
I've been using the adapters for a while and they will run the batteries down to one bar and then shut off, so I put them on a charger right as soon as the tool shuts off ... so far no problems, but you're right, it's not 100% foolproof.
@@kintsugimoto yeah it will probably be fine if you remember that, i'm not the only person who uses my tools so i don't really trust anyone else to keep track of it. you also lose power when going through adapters so there's that too, i didn't spend Milwaukee money to get ryobi power lol.
@@altokers Ahhh, yeah good point :) My wife will occasionally borrow a tool, but otherwise they stay within the house. Hahahaha ... that's also very true!!! I guess I'm paying a bit of a premium for the convenience of only using the M18 battery :)
Excellent research! Very informative of what's to come, thank you Currently, I have several Milwaukee, Makita, Dewalt, and a Rigid belt sander. P.S. The Dewalt 4 piece set was my first tool set as well😊
Thanks for your comment !!! That DeWalt set was the bee's knees back in the day, and if I remember correctly, it cost a small fortune too!!
I wish to buy this one for my security company
That would be awesome!!! I'm not sure if it's still available, but check with the Lane Motor Museum in Nashville to see if they still have it.
BMW's have a lot of safety features. My F800R has cruise control, ABS, etc
Cool !!! I think those features are really helpful for riders who are just starting out. And some of these safety features are becoming standard on budget bikes too, which is nice.
I've broken 2 of those sticks within 6 months. May be the angle it was sticking off the rear. but I never used it all the way out after the first one broke. It also happened both times at slower speeds. I did have a second point of contact with a looped zip tie to the tail frame.
Wow that's crazy !!! I wonder what happened, but the selfie sticks from Insta360 definitley don't feel very sturdy, which is why I wanted to make my own. I was tempted to use some electrical conduit from home depot to make a soild mount that doesn't have any extension joints, but so far the one I made is holding up OK.
Dang, this video is awesome!! Thks
Oh man, thank you for the kind comment ... it means a lot to me :) Hopefully it helps some people out and they won't have to struggle as much as I did !! lol
Love these cars, thinking about selling my Boxster and Cuda clone to get one, just not sure
As they said the Godfather "Sell the Boxster, Keep the Cuda!" lol The Boxster is a great car and I love the sound of a Chevy V8 ... but there's just something about the 912. They are simple to drive, simple to fix (mostly), and simply beautiful to look at.
@@kintsugimoto 👍👍👍
Where would I find that foam insert for this small box?
Unfortunately, Kaizen hasn't make a custom insert for the Build-Out Boxes yet, so you might have to cut your own from the standard foam that you can get on Amazon ... hope that help! amzn.to/3VINvMj
Cool thanks. I have the 268 pc husky set with the case. It has a few more sockets than the 270. I'll put the whole case inside the bottom box and my 200 pc socket set I can put on that small box on top.
We had a similar problem on a K75. The Brembo MC was completely frozen and not repairable. All the Magura replacements had mounting brackets with different spacing and the plastic fill nipple on the bottom. Every dealer said that the MC was no longer available. I’ve used your part # without any success. Eventually I’ll get ‘er done but so far it’s been frustrating! Mac Morgan Yorklyn Delaware
Hi Mac - thanks for your message!! Sorry to hear that you're having this many problems with trying to source the rear master cylinder. Getting parts for these older bikes is getting more challenging ... and finder alternatives to the stealerships is even harder. Let me see if I can track down a few options for you ... standby ...
Yes, my dad has one.
That's awesome!!! I hope he drives it around so people are able to admire it :)
I agree, the Series 1 Jag E type is the best looking car in the history of cars.
It's definitely on my bucket list ... but my wallet isn't thick enough. But if I ever win the lottery ... this would be one of my first purchases!!! lol
I loved the look of the TR6’s. High point of triumph history. I had 2 Spitfires, not so much a high point 😂. John-Ducati Workshop
I still have my TR6 ... but not currently running. Too many other project cars!! lol Spritfires look great too !!! I thought about getting one a while back, but see sentence above ... too many projects!!!
Cool. Fell asleep though I’m there.
Feel as though I’m there^^ I hate spell check 😂
Hahahaha ... thanks for watching and commenting!! The video of the car show portion just posted, so feel free to give that one a watch too :)
Many just stuff some hard foam insulation between the gauge and the fairing. Or I've heard of squirting silicone into the holes of the rubber insulator.
Yeah that would work too ... but not sure how it would look? I didn't think about filling the holes with silicone ... in fact, I might try that!!! Thanks for the watching and for the tip :)

Did the engine shrink?
It might not be to scale HAHAHAHA Thanks for watching!!
Saw the sprint. Literally 3 leaders crash from p1. Omfg. But good race tho
I haven't checked, but that has to be some sort of record for that many race leaders to crash. It was an awesome race ... hopefully after the new rule changes, the races will be just as exciting!!
@@kintsugimoto yh i agree
That was my first base from 2001-2004 and they Used LS1 powered Z28's to chase the U2 landing, then switched to Pontiac GTO's and G8's before I left. We tried like heck to get racing on the runway when I was there but it never was allowed to happen.
That's awesome!!! I didn't think the GTO and G8 would be able to keep up with the U2, I thought y'all were using Hellcats and Supras or something :) lol Thanks for adding that personal insight ... always great to hear about the "real" inside stories!! And THANK YOU for your service!!! 🫡🫡🫡

Great video! I use this auto driving function all the time with model Y too. So far works ok in Switzerland. Sometime when there’s an exit on the right hand side, it will change lane although I didn’t ask her to do so 😅

Didn’t musk say that by 2019 you can summons a Tesla from California to New York and it would even charge it self. Yes yes he did. 😂
HAHAHAHA ... the summon feature only works if you keep your finger on the button, so I can't image pressing the button for three days while the car drives itself from SF to NY !!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What year is your Y?
I believe it’s a 2021 … what about you?

@@robj144 Oh that's interesting, I thought every Tesla had them installed from the factory ... learn something new every day :)
@@kintsugimoto No, they got rid of the USS sensors that your Tesla has now. It's up to you, but you might want to point that out. If someone doesn't know much about the Y, they might assume summon works now.
@@robj144 Got it !!! Let me put a quick note in the description
No, not worth it! Plus the tech is already built into the car. So customers already paid for it.
I kinda agree with you, but I’ll admit that I do miss having the FSD feature. $99 a month is a bit much, but if they lower to $49 a month, I would probably sign up for it 🤣
@@kintsugimoto still not worth it, its flawed and requires way too much of your assistance. You are paying to be a beta tester. But If you want to waste your money go ahead you have the KZread channel not me. It’s not like your poor or homeless.
@@HoldLeadersAccountable It does require more assistance that I think is necessary. Someone pointed out that I might be running an older version of FSD and that the updated version is better. Not sure if it will avoid potholes though.
