    But it is not for Indian taste. The doenjang paste smells horrible. Even while boiling it the whole kitchen smells like a municipal kacharapeti and I am not kidding. You can't even put one spoon in your mouth. It is a very acquired taste.

    My favorite soup too. Not many foods make me salivate when i smell it, but this is one!! I make myself a big pot and enjoy it all week. Definitely korean comfort food😊

    My uncle always made that after he came back home from Korea, honestly it was the best soup that I tasted,I wish we could have it more but he's very busy and he's the only one who knows how to make it,I like his type more than anything

    I tried this recipe with some substitutes and I love how warm & spicy the soup came out. We poured it over rice and it was amazing! I love how you give such clear instructions that are easy to follow.

    Totally recommend to people (as a Korean who loves eating this) who have not tried this yet and want to. You might not like it when you first try it, (my childhood eating it🤣)but the more you eat it, the more you'll want to eat it (me these days craving it almost every single day💀)

    Doenjang and miso both are fermented soybean paste but Doenjang is from Korea and miso from Japan They are similar but not the same and definitely taste different
