If she went unconscious after she hit the desk it's obvious that was the trauma that caused her death. I pray she gets justice.

Well yes and No. Since Raniya was in a head lock and hit that could have caused the rupture to occur faster then expected, however, it could be argued that the rupture started before the fight occurred and lead to the fight. The cause of death was: "acute intracranial hemorrhage due to a ruptured cerebellar arteriovenous malformation." The report also went onto say, "here was no evidence of any physical trauma," but a 2nd look into that fact should occur.

Didn’t the school lie to the Mother about the incident when it happened? They said that she was ok and when the Grandma came to get her Raniya wasn’t even there. So that right there is suspicious. I believe this fight contributed to this little girl’s death. Since she was complaining of headaches and dizziness you would think that the doctor’s would have performed a CT scan or MRI.

Exactly! On the 911 call it says she had to be carried to the nurse's office. So how in the hell is she okay. 🤔 Why did they tell her mom she was okay and she could pick her up? 🤔 They knew this child was injured and need medical attention. Enough that they forgot to call the parents and let them know. I pray that she gets justice for her child.

Sharon Allen that’s very true. I think the school officials panicked. I think they called the Mom knowing that the Mom was at work and that it would take her awhile to get there. I don’t think they were planning on Grandma being there so soon. Facts are that nothing will bring this little girl back. But I think the school should be sued and also her primary care physician. You don’t ignore when a child is complaining of a headache. This is something that should have been caught.

the Unknown Source I think the school panicked. They called the Mom knowing that the Mom was at work and that it would take her awhile to get there. So by the time the Mom got there they could say she started to act odd so we called 911. They were not planning on the grandma who lived close to the school to show up right away. So they screwed themselves by lying.

The point is if it was a little Caucasian kid they would’ve done more research and they would’ve made sure that it was called bullying and anything else that was involved but because it’s a black kid it’s not bullying and her hitting her head on a bookshelf had nothing to do with it. The fight exacerbated the unknown condition. It's so saddening, and sickening how these type of cases especially when a bully is evolved never gets addressed. 9 times out of ten bullies and school districts take no accountability. Legislators are the only way to make changes. RIP sweetheart. 🙏

We look for those in charge to do the right thing and they prove themselves unfit, incapable and bad at judgement. Real justice wouldve held the other girl to account. Murder wasnt the intent but its still manslaughter yet authorities and the school want to dismiss the obvious. The mom shouldnt give up. She may not be able to pursue a criminal case but may have a chance at a civil case.

You know awhile ago these 2 guys got into a fight on the beach. The one guy connected with a punch to the other guys head and it actually killed him because he had an aneurysm. That guy got charged with manslaughter. I think this school needs to stop lying and trying to protect this other child. Raniya’s parents and loved ones deserve to know what happened.

There's knowledge of the two girls not getting along but no bullying, huh, & no bullying in medical report but natural causes, ☕. If that lil girl was born with this alleged medical condition, I'm sure her parents would have been aware of it & had taken it seriously, therefore, she wouldn't be playing basketball nor taking P.E.;I've been abused, mainly beaten in the head & trust me, it can be a cause of death. I do believe that this lil girl suffered a severe injury that ended her life, I believe they are covering up details, which you have to watch those doctors, nurses, & etc. I pray that the Lord Jesus will reveal & expose all truth & righteousness concerning this whole situation, Reveal it Father through your Holy Spirit to all the honest truth of what took place from the beginning up unto the ending of this fatal outcome that R. suffered, in Jesus's name I pray Father, Amen.

I was thinkin the same thing.. what I really don't understand is how come the mother's lawyer won't get a search warrant for the videos that are in the school. And if you listen to what that reporter was saying that the two girls were hitting each other and throwing papers at each other okay maybe papers but I don't see this little girl hitting that every little girl especially if that other girl was bullying hurts so much. If I'm corrected I think the reporter said that the teacher or one of the students seeing the other little girl hitting her head on a Shelf. For a child's head it is still growing it's not like an adult so I'm pretty sure there is a lot of things that they're not telling this parent and I truly hope she gets down to the bottom of this! And for these parents that just let their kids continuously keep bullying these other kids shame on them they needed to teach their children how to respect and behave when they go to school and when they leave from school. RIP LIL MAMA👼😇👼😇

I read an article on this and this little girl didn’t die from injuries from the fight. An autopsy report concluded that she had a malformation of vessels in her brain, a rare brain condition. It had nothing to do with the fight. Thankfully no elementary school students killed each other, but it is still incredibly sad that this little girl died at such a young age from a condition that no one even knew she had. RIP to her 🤍👼

The PE teacher the substitute teacher and the school are all trying to Cover their a****…. They quickly want to dismiss the bullying claim and say their were both going back and fourth when the mother ready said she called them on numerous occasions. The superintendent calls it a 5-10 second slap fight but the students already wrote in their statement she hit her head on the book shelf. He wants to be clear this wasn’t bullying. They aren’t telling the whole story. The victim isn’t here to tell her story.

Where I live in UK some men jumped a boy beat him up and left him on the pavement. They found out later he had suffered a heart attack went the police showed up to arrest them. The judge said if they hadn’t have jumped him he wouldn’t have had the heart-attack. This case is the same if the girl hadn’t hit her head her aneurysm wouldn’t have exploded.

How is it that there were witnesses saying the other said she pushed her head into the bookshelf. How is that not trauma on her head? The district is converting it all up because once they say it was because of the girl bullying RaNiya Then there’s criminal charges to the other girl, a big lawsuit to the school and district and another case with the substitute teacher. So there’s way more people involved and they don’t want to do that. So the easy thing for everyone to say is RaNiya past away of natural cause because that’s just one person. Prayer to RaNiyas Family🙏. There has to be Justice here.

Let's put this into perspective, Raniya had an aneurism that burst shortly after the altercation. Stress or any head trauma at all could cause this aneurism to burst. I know of people who had a headache went to sleep and died from the aneurism bursting. This incident falls under a cause and effect situation. I can see the mothers side, due to the stress of the argument and Raniya hitting her head on the table it is very possible that it did cause the aneurism to burst. Now I do not believe that it was intentional because NO ONE knew she had that condition, which makes it a death by natural causes because Raniya could have died at any time and any day due to the aneurism. My heart goes out to the mother but Raniya's life was in jeopardy everyday that she lived regardless of any altercation. May she rest in God's hands and this family find the peace that they need to remember all the love Raniya brought to them.
