brief explanation many officers are required to wear bodycams to help ensure that they are not abusing their power. This decision came as a result of many instances of police brutality that there was little proof of due to no solid evidence. The bodycam also helps protect the officer by validating things they said they did, protecting honest officers from legal abuses of power. Basically, bodycams are good because they help protect citizens and officers alike from abuses. The officer here saying that they would turn off their cam is in indication that something bad and probably illegal is about to happen. It's like somebody locking themselves in a room with their bitter rival and a knife: you can't guarantee an outcome, but something bad is probably going to happen.

Absolutely stunning. The animation of this short film is incredibly well-paced and the low frame rate looks fantastic stylistically. The switching between styles was executed very well, and I love the blend of 3D models with 2D faces, it looks really nice

This is seriously impressive! The more than apparent effort into this is crazy, just look at the art style changes and it all happens so fluidly! This channel continues to remind me why I subscribed, even the voice acting in this is like I was watching a studio made cartoon, I find it hard to believe it was only three minutes but good job dude!! Imagine doing something in 5 different dimensions and getting attacked by someone from a completely different dimension with no actual clarification of being a time police or showing any laws

This has to be one of the most unique styles of animation I’ve ever seen. I love how it’s such a low frame rate yet you can tell everything that’s going on. I loved the dimension hopping scene showcasing other art styles, very nice.

I thought that the quantum police was just in that ps1 animation. So I was pleasantly surprised to see dasher come in.
